When Stuart heard this, he stared at Cecil and scared him.
Brittany still wanted to ask sothing else. However, Stuart found that Edie felt so shy and flushed. So he hurried and snaked his arms to her waist, ignored Brittany, and helped Edie walk towards the sofa.

Edie got the gift and felt surprised to look at Childe.
She hadn’t missed it, and she didn’t want to invite him.

Stuart liked her and would never abandon her.

While hearing those words, Stuart seed not to care about it at all, and he didn’t even bother to glance at Childe.
Childe didn’t feel angry at all; he picked up a glass of red wine and gently shook it. He took a sip and tasted it slowly.
"Well, I guess that you haven’t told Edie anything about another lover of yours?" He smiled and stared at Stuart.
"It is none of your business, and it has nothing to do with you," Stuart said gently and stayed calm.
Childe nodded, "Okay, it’s none of my business. However, I should remind you that I can help take care of Edie if you don’t like her anymore."
"Forget it, you’d better walk away now," Stuart said confidently.
Stuart smiled indifferently, "Nobody will know what would happen next, so let’s wait and see!"
His smile looks dangerous.
Soon, it was ti to have cakes and blow candles, and the vice president who Edie had been waiting all the ti never showed up. She doubted if he would appear because Mr. Bayer didn’t notice her in advance, she thought that the vice president might not appear.
