But he didn’t expect that the last thing she said fainting before was——
"Stu, I am Marina."
This sentence ssed up his heart and made him forget to see the wedding dress with Edie. He even rushed to the hospital overnight, in fear that sothing might happen to Hicks; it was all because of that sentence.
Not because he believed in her, but because of anger.
He certainly hoped that Marina was alive, but he could not tolerate soone lying and pretending to be her!
He had been tolerating enough towards Hicks, but he still had his bottom line. Her existence had already hard Edie, so don’t bla him for being too ruthless.
Hicks Day knew Stuart wouldn’t believe her just because of her words, but she had evidence!
"Not long ago, when I was filming, I was injured accidentally, which made rember everything. I was forced to jump into the ocean, but I was saved by a boat afterwards. Later, I lost my mory and lived as Hick Day. I know you don’t trust , but you must have investigated . I have the sa blood type as Marina Daisy. We look the sa. Even the ti when I was adopted matched when Marina Daisy disappeared. How do you explain that?"
That person didn’t lie to her, and he promised to find her mory back for her, so he did.
This ti after waking up, she surprisingly discovered that all her mories had co back; everything she experienced with Stuart was as vivid as if they had only happened yesterday. She didn’t want to admit her identity at first, but if she didn’t, she would then lose Stuart forever.
Years ago, she died because of Stuart, and he wouldn’t brush her aside. Whether it’s guilt or love, as long as she can be with him, it would be more than enough!

She had scenes passing in her mind as she said each sentence until her eyes finally teared up. Stuart didn’t stop her, so she continued with her long list of mories.
And outside the door...
Edie had just finished using the bathroom and arrived at the ward. She overheard everything. Edie felt as if all blood in her body had solidified, and she stood outside the door with a frozen body, there was only one thing on her mind; Hicks Day... is Marina Daisy? Is God playing a joke on ?
When she heard what Hicks said next, her heart sank to the bottom, and her hand sweated, her feet felt wobbly, then her whole body started sweating too. She looked at the door in front of her but had no courage to open it. And Hicks’ voice continued to co through.
"You hated listening to music but liked to go to the musical. However, because you knew I liked pop music, you would still take to concerts. You had a bad stomach, you didn’t like eating outside, so I learned cooking, every ti you left ho for work, I would pack stomach dicine for you, I rember everything..."
Every word pierced through Edie’s heart. She suddenly realized that she had been lying to herself all this ti. Marina was always here, and it was that she didn’t notice. Edie had used up all her courage, and she couldn’t listen to all this anymore; she was the unneeded one. After listening to what Hicks just said, it was as if Hicks had participated in half of her past with Stuart.
It felt horrible!
Her heart was going to dry up.
She slowly retreated, her eyes were long brimd with a tear, which blurred her vision. The isle was long, she stumbled along and nearly fell a couple of tis. She pressed her body against the wall as if all her strength had been drawn away. But she didn’t look back. So, the person she never dared to compare herself with is still alive, then she could no longer comfort herself the way she did in the past. Edie couldn’t think she only wanted to escape.
And at this mont, in the ward, Hicks was still recounting all the good mories between the two of them. Her eyes were locked on Stuart, after discovering that there was no expression on his face, she slowly sank into fear.
Stuart should believe her after all those things she had said. But, she could not see any sign of trust in his eyes. Finally, she opened her mouth, but no word ca out.
At this mont, the silent man finally opened his mouth, "You’re done?"
"You... you still don’t believe ? I am Marina..." Hicks sounded as if she was suffering.
"Really?" Stuart raised his pitch, there was rigidness on his face, "You’re Marina, so? What’s your intention in telling all this? What do you want from ?"
Hicks froze for a second. What does she want? She nearly died for this man. And this is what she gets from the man she loved?
She laughed at herself and said, "Stu, is this how you should treat ? You’re not a ruthless man, is it because of Edie Lara? Although I have gotten my mory back, I’ve never thought of disturbing the two of you, and I’m for you guys, but... what made you this way?"
As soon as she finished speaking, the elegant man strode towards her. Since he was against the light, she couldn’t see his facial expression clearly, but she could still feel the heat brimming in his eyes, the oppression was real.
Finally, the man stood right in front of her, and she looked up at him inferiorly.
But the next second, the man’s big hand clutched her neck, and he said in a cold voice, "Call Mr. Yates, I don’t want to repeat myself for the third ti because you cannot afford the price!"
"Stu... Mr. Yates..."
She couldn’t breathe; the feeling of suffocation nearly made her breakdown.
Stuart’s hand was very strong, and without any hesitation, he squeezed her neck violently without giving her any chance to breathe.
He really wanted to kill her...
The handso face approached, and she could feel his chilling breath.
His eyes were cold, and his hands were cold, even his breath was cold!
She suddenly panicked because this was not how she imagined their reunion.
Even if there was no warmth, it would never be so indifferent.
