"Okay. I can tell you the truth. I can tell you what really happened. When Hicks was kidnapped to England, he started suspecting. Therefore, Stuart pretended that he lost part of his mory. Unexpectedly, the news was leaked out imdiately. So we thought there must be a mole around us. After Hicks showed up in front of us, Stuart decided to turn their trick to his own use to find the mole behind. Therefore, we cooperated with each other to look for traces. Finally, we found that a mole was also the cause of the death of Stuart’s father. So we continued to get deep."
"Apparently, we’ve been exposed. The divorce agreent was also leaked out. So we inferred that the mole stayed around you. Except for Aaron, only these two kids were around you. So we investigated them. As for what we found, you already have seen it."

Hearing her words, William’s eyes shone. Deep in his eyes were complicated feelings.
Finally, he laughed out, "you are right. I almost forgot. Mrs. Yates also conceived a baby."
These words sounded strange.
Edie touched her belly and looked at him alarmingly. Seeing the expression on her face, William laughed, "Don’t worry. I have promised to Stuart I would never hurt you or your baby ever. This is the agreent of Stuart and ."
"Agreent?" Edie stared at him confusingly.
William raised the corner of his mouth and said, "Yeah. Our agreent. If you have no other needs, may I go now? You can tell Kenley everything you needed. He would handle everything for you."
"Wait for a mont."
She stopped him imdiately, "Why did my uncle take here? To threaten Stuart?"
"Maybe," William’s answer was ambiguous, "No matter what the reason was, as Stuart’s friend, I couldn’t watch you being trapped in extre danger. Therefore, I took you here. This place is the safest place for you at this mont. Stuart had a lot of work to do these days. He would co back in a few days. So you don’t need to worry about anything. Just stay here."
Then, he turned around and left.
Though Edie believed most of the words William said, she didn’t think that her uncle really wanted to hurt her.
If it was to kidnap, why did he call Stuart? Why didn’t Stuart tell her anything? Why did he tell her to stay with her uncle?
Besides, her uncle didn’t restrict her into soplace. She could go wherever she wanted to go. She was not imprisoned.
If her uncle really wanted to use her to threaten Stuart, why did he leave imdiately after he took her here? Why did he ask his son to stay with her? He didn’t even need to take her here in person. If what William told her was the truth, then she was nothing more than a hostage. He didn’t need to take a hostage in person.
On the contrary, Edie thought William was imprisoning her now. William looked more like a bad guy compared with Noble.
At this point, she could no longer control the situation. All she could do now was to calm herself down to protect her baby from any danger.
No matter what happened in the future, she should be facing it with determination.
She looked at her phone. She still couldn’t receive any signal.
She returned back to the room. Cecil didn’t eat anything. After being taken here, he’s lost much weight.
He cuddled up in a heap and held his knees with two hands tightly beside the bed, like an injured little beast.
"Cecil?"
Edie called him in a gentle voice
Cecil rolled his big round eyes and looked towards Edie, "Edie, do you think my father would notice I am lost? He seldom noticed since I was born. I spent most of my ti in Stuart’s house or my cook’s house. After I went to boarding kindergarten, I could only return back ho once a week. But my father never stays at ho."
"Except for my mom, he does not love anybody else. If I die here, would he be sad for ?"
Hearing Cecil’s words, Edie was also so depressed.
This fatty little boy had always been naughty in front of others. All he cared about was food. He was such a naughty cute foodie.
She never saw he beca so sad.
At the mont, Edie suddenly realized that Cecil might cover his sorrow with a smile on his face.
She walked to him and held him tightly in her arms. Then she told him in a gentle voice, "Don’t say this. So foolish. You are your father’s son. Of course, he would love you and care about you. Besides, we won’t die here. I heard William talking to his n when I ca back. He said he made all those up. He just wanted to misunderstand you and split Stuart with your father apart."
"Really?" Cecil widened his eyes and asked. It was incredible for him.
"Of course. I would never lie to you. Besides, he is your father. Don’t you know about him? You are the one that knows him the best." Edie said and smiled.
"You are right. He’s my father. I know him. After my mommy passed away, my father lost interest in anything. How could it be possible for him to hurt others? Besides, my father was my aunt’s friend. It was impossible for him to hurt Stuart. They are all liars," All of a sudden, Cecil cheered up. He jumped up happily.
"Happy now?"
"Happy. I should wait for my dad to save . I need to eat sothing. I am so hungry now."
The foodie Cecil ca back now.
As Cecil enjoyed that food happily, he noticed that Edie didn’t eat a lot. He got confused, "Edie, you’ve starved for a whole morning. Aren’t you hungry?"
"I’ve eaten so food. I am full now. "she pointed at the bowl in front of her.
She’s eaten a half bowl of rice and half a bowl of soup. It was her dinner.
But Edie’s conceiving a baby now. What she ate was much less than enough.
"Edie, it is not enough. You’ve conceived a baby now. You should eat more. I saw other won in those soap operas always vomiting a lot when they conceive a baby. Why don’t you vomit?"
"It is not suitable for . I feel sick when I get up in the morning. But after several minutes, I recovered. I am not hungry now. Maybe later. I would eat so fruit. Don’t worry, and I wouldn’t starve your little nephew." Edie smiled and rubbed on Cecil’s head.
Certainly, she wouldn’t risk the baby inside her a little bit. But she was indeed full. After getting pregnant, she ate less and less.
Therefore, she ate lots of fruit after dinner even though she didn’t get any weight.
Out of curiosity, Cecil touched Edie’s belly. He thought it was really incredible, "Edie, why do you know it was she?"
"Because the doctor told so."
"I see...Edie, she is kicking my hand. Oh! My little nephew is kicking " Cecil got really excited.
He got too excited to compose a complete sentence.
"She’s 4-month-old now. She would get out of my belly and play with you soon."
"Oh my god. It is so incredible. I also climbed out of my mom’s belly when I was born, right? Wow, every mother is so great. I promise I would protect my little nephew carefully. No one dares to bully her. I would ensure her safety, like the superhero in those soap operas."
"Okay. Then you should eat more and do exercise to be stronger."
"Okay, I promise," Cecil held fist firmly.
Looking at the smile on his face, Edie also felt pleased. She rubbed her belly over and over again to feel the movent of her baby.
It was so pitiful...
Stuart was not staying with her. Otherwise, they could be united.
