When ntioning Stuart, Deik’s face changed.
Seeing the expression on Deik’s face, Edie got nervous imdiately. She grabbed his clothes and asked nervously, "What exactly happened to him?"

"Could I get into the ward to check him for a while?"

Deik didn’t make it difficult for her. He understood this couple really needed a few minutes alone. Mr. CEO must hope so.
Edie changed a sterile. After doing all disinfection asures, she walked into the ward.
At the mont she walked into the ward, she imdiately slt the aq steril. So pungent.
The man lay on the bed straightly. Though he wore an oxygen mask, he still looked quite handso. But at the mont, his handso face looked so pale.
His breath was so weak. His chest heaved quite slowly. It made her so nervous. She was so afraid of any accident happening. Then he would not wake up again. He had to lie on the bed forever.
What was scarier than her own death was the death of the man she loved deeply.
She even wished she could die now. If she died, she wouldn’t have to see this. She would not have to see such a horrible scene.
She walked to him, holding his hands slightly. She wanted to talk to him. But when she opened her mouth, she was choked by her sobbing,
She could not make any sound.
She has tried the best to hold her tears back. But at the mont, she could not control it. Her tears kept pouring down.
But the man in front of her could no longer wipe her tears away.

She fixed her eyes on the slit on the door, praying to the god.
Deik still had sothing to deal with. He left before her. He got a call from Ivan. He needed to handle sothing with Ivan. Then he would co back.
It took him half an hour.
To his surprise, when he returned back, he saw Edie was still standing there. She never moved a little bit.
Seeing this, Deik frowned. She looked so thin and fragile. Her face was red as if she was running out of all her energy. Deik was so worried about her.
He walked to her. When touching her shoulder, he imdiately feels the heat on her. Her temperature was high.
Deik didn’t notice that she only wore a thin patient’s cloth and a pair of slippers until now. The wind could flow into the corridor. She was such a sick, thin girl. How could she hold on?
The doctor said Edie got a fever. Now her fever might get more severe.
"Mrs. Yates, you are sick now. Please go back to your room. Otherwise...when Mr. CEO recovers, you might fall in a coma. He would be so angry with ," Deik said in a respective voice.
Deik had served for the couple for a long ti. He knew how deeply they loved each other. They must be so worry about others.
As their subordinates, he couldn’t do anything for them. All he could do was to remind them to take care of themselves when needed.
"Could you help ? I want to live next to his ward," Edie asked Deik
"Yes."
When hearing this answer, she finally took relief.
She was so scared. If she left, she could no longer feel him, as if he already disappeared.
She felt quite dizzy at the mont. Deik held her to the ward. It was next to Stuart’s ward.
After taking dicine, she felt so sleepy because of dicine.
But she didn’t dare to fall asleep. She was so worried about Stuart. She was afraid that she knew nothing when Stuart was in danger.
She struggled to remain awake for an hour until Stuart was pushed out of the operating room and sent back into his ward.
Deik told Edie Stuart has already gotten out of danger temporarily.
Hearing this news, Edie finally took a relief. She finally fell into sleep.
She didn’t sleep so well this ti.
The nightmare kept torturing her. Every ti she closed her eyes, she could hear Stuart’s voice.
He told her to be alive.

Edie stayed in the hospital for a long, long ti. She felt sick over and over again. Sotis Deik would co to visit her. But he always left in the middle. It seed that he always had lots of important business to handle.
When Edie was sober, she would stay with Stuart, talking to him, no matter whether he could hear her or not.
She would take dicine on ti and take rest. She would listen to the doctor’s advice. She would take care of herself. Only in this way could she take good care of him.
