You Are Mine (English) Chapter 770: It Was Stuart

Stuart tucked her quilt. Then he hesitated for a while. He was really worried about Edie.

Therefore, he finally decided to check Edie in her ward to see whether she had woken up or not.

Last night, when he went out to buy so food for Marina, Edie saw him. But Marina asked him not to contact Edie; therefore, he had to hide.

Hearing her questioning and crying in the cold wind, Stuart could do nothing more than standing in the cold wind with her in the darkness.

After he went back, he was so worried about Edie. He hadn’t uninstalled the monitors in Edie’s house. So he could still watch her.

When he saw Edie took so dicine and went to sleep, he took a relief. But Edie looked so painful while sleeping. Her face turned strangely red.

He suddenly realized sothing wrong. When he arrived at the flat, Edie was falling down on the ground.

He imdiately sent Edie to the hospital. If he was one second late, he might regret for a whole life.

Stuart walked to the corridor. At the end of the corridor was the ward of Edie.

Suddenly, he heard Laty’s voice.

"Where is my mom?"

Stuart imdiately leaned on one side, seeing Laty, Avan, and Sophie’s parents passing by quickly.

Edie has already woken up. She looked around and thought for quite a while.

She realized she was in the hospital now.

She hadn’t recovered. She still felt dizzy at the mont.

But she rembered one thing clearly. Before she lost her consciousness, soone rushed into the room and held her into his arms.

It was a man that she was so familiar with. It was the man she would never forget. It was Stuart.

It must be Stuart.

She could feel his body, his warm breath and his strong heartbreaking,

It was him. It must be him.

Edie grabbed the nurse’s hand and asked her, "Who took here?"

"A man."

"Where is he?" Edie asked her in an exciting voice.

"I don’t know. He left after he took you here," the nurse shook her head slightly and left.

He was left after he took you here.

Stuart didn’t want to see her? Did he really decide to live with Marina? Why did he save her in ti and took her here?

Edie’s mind was in such a ss at the mont. She couldn’t understand why Stuart did such a thing. At the mont, the door was opened. Laty rushed into the ward and threw herself into Edie’s arms, "Mom."

Laty hugged Edie tightly and cried out, "Mom. Please don’t leave . Please don’t leave alone."

Hearing these words, Edie’s heart was tendered imdiately. She imdiately comforted her, "I am fine. I would never leave you. Why are you here?"

"We get a call from the hospital. It sounded like my dad," Laty wiped her tears and told Edie in a confusing voice.

She threw the quilt away imdiately and rushed out. No one could stop her.

She asked the receptionists one by one. Finally, she heard that a man indeed used their phone to make a call.

Edie hangs up the phone. She returned back to her ward. It took her half of an hour to go back to her ward. When she returned back to her ward, her face turned so pale. Though she looked so indifferent about Stuart, she was the one that cared about Stuart’s news the most.

However, she was disappointed every ti.

Everyone was trying to comfort her, including Sophie’s parents, Laty and Avan.

But now Edie could not listen to anyone.

Stuart didn’t die. He was still alive. He was in A now. Why didn’t he show up to see her?

Since he has disappeared from her life, why did he take her to the hospital? Why did he still care about her sickness? What the hell was he thinking about?

When thinking about this, Edie couldn’t help herself frowning. She looked towards Laty.

"Has your dad installed a monitor in our house?"

"Yes, in the living room, dining room, and the balcony."

Not enough. He also installed a monitor in her bedroom.

Otherwise, he wouldn’t know when she got sick.

Edie didn’t want to stay in the hospital anymore. She imdiately went through the discharge formalities and returned back ho.

Then she started looking for the monitors in every corner insides her room. Finally, she found several caras and dictaphones.

So Stuart kept a close eye on her life. But she knew nothing about Stuart in these two months.

Edie looked at the cara and started cursing, "You such an asshole.

"Stuart, are you a coward? Why don’t you dare to see ? Have you been disfigured? Disabled? Erectile dysfunction? Tell , why don’t you see ? At least tell a reason. Tell whether you are still alive. You let worry about you. You let everyone that cares about you so worry about you. Is it funny for you? You such a liar. You disappear again. Do you have any idea how I am frightened?

"I know you are looking at at the mont. I can tell you now. No matter what happened to you, I would love you forever. As long as we stay together, I would love you and take care of you. Stuart, answer . Answer now!"

Though Edie knew she would not hear any answer from the cara, she still shouted out at the cara.

Finally, she got crazy. She crashed all caras and detected phones and threw them all into the trash bin.

Finally, she cuddled into a heap and sat beside the trash bin, staring at those pieces. Tears poured out from her eyes. She couldn’t stand such kind of life anymore.

She tried to feel the sll of Stuart every day, like a nut. She couldn’t do this anymore. She could not bear such pain any more.

Even though he wanted to leave her and Laty, at least he should make a call or send a text to her to tell her. Then she didn’t have to wait for him. All her waiting ended in vain. Was it fun for him?

Suddenly she laughed at herself.

Stuart.

Do you know I felt so tired now? Even if you had difficulties, and even you were forced not to tell , I don’t want to listen to your explanation anymore.

She closed her eyes slowly. She laughed at herself. Tears oozed out from her closed eyes. She broke down completely.

Stuart, on the other side, could no longer see any picture on the screen. He knew Edie had crashed all monitors.

He raised the corner of his mouth and made a painful smile.

He covered the screen with his fingers and said in a slight voice, "I miss you so much, do you know about that?"

At the mont, he sounded really helpless and heart-broken.

Several days later, Stuart found a church in the countryside for the wedding for Marina. This church was for those villagers to do; they pray.

The church was small and quiet. Quite new.

There was no godfather or nun here.

Only an old man believed in Catholicism stayed here to teach others to sing the anthem and god’s thoughts.

When Stuart found several churches and asked Marina to choose on among them, Marina chose this one, the most unremarkable one. She said that would not attract attention.

They would not be bothered by others.

Perhaps it was because of the wedding, Marina looked better. She started choosing a wedding dress for her.

She was so skinny. The white dress was not suitable for her. Therefore, the designer designed a Chinese wedding dress for her at the end. That made her look better.

She rembered Stuart and Edie’s wedding was also Chinese style. Marina suddenly felt she was so close to Stuart at the mont.
