It’s exactly like this.
Mo Jun laughed, "Because as soon as you ca in, I felt you were a bit down. Also, you have the scent of won’s perfu on you."
Hao Yansen was stunned again, and he imdiately raised his arm to take a sniff.
It seed there was a faint scent, but it was too light to detect unless you leaned in and gave it a good sniff.
But Mo Jun’s nose isn’t just any ordinary nose!
Afraid she’d misunderstand, Hao Yansen explained in a low voice, "She tried to get close to , but I refused and didn’t give her any chance. It was rely a slip on my part that she managed to touch ."
As he spoke, he took off his jacket and tossed it aside, "This clothing is not worth keeping."
Mo Jun was taken aback, "Not worth keeping? Why?"
"It’s dirty," Hao Yansen replied coldly, indeed finding it dirty.
Mo Jun knew what he was thinking and laughed, "I’m not jealous, nor do I care about such trivial matters. The clothes are quite expensive, and just having been touched doesn’t warrant throwing them away, does it?"
"It definitely warrants it." Hao Yansen insisted.
"Alright then, if it’s not worth keeping, it’s not worth keeping. I’ll buy you a new set." Mo Jun coaxed him.
Hao Yansen’s mood finally lifted, and he couldn’t help but smile, "How about I leave all my clothes to you from now on?"
"All of them to ?" Mo Jun asked with a smile.
"Yes, all of them." Hao Yansen nodded.
Mo Jun imdiately thought about his underwear...
Thinking of all the clothes Hao Yansen would wear being ones she picked, she couldn’t help but feel excited.
"Alright, leave them all to !" She nodded joyfully; she’d never reject such a delightful task!
Hao Yansen also laughed and then gently ruffled her hair, "Let’s go, no more work, co with ; there’s a family gathering today."
"What family gathering?" Mo Jun was taken aback.
Hao Yansen thought for a mont and answered nervously, "It’s not a special occasion, just my father’s birthday. Grandpa wants you to join us."
Hao Yansen’s parents passed away a long ti ago, but every year, he commorates their birthdays and anniversaries.
This is actually quite an important gathering.
"Why did you only just tell ! I’m completely unprepared!" Mo Jun panicked, "Should I buy sothing? Also, what would be appropriate attire? What should I do when I get there, will all your family mbers be present?"
Hao Yansen chuckled and reassured her, "Don’t worry, it’s just a small commoration dinner. It’s essentially a regular family al; not many will be there, and you don’t need to do anything special, just accompany ."
"Really? So casual?"
"Yeah, no need for formality, casual is fine. Let’s go, there’s not much ti left."
Mo Jun glared at him, "Knowing there’s not much ti, why didn’t you tell earlier?"
If he had told her sooner, she could have prepared in advance!
Hao Yansen intertwined his fingers with hers, chuckling indulgently, "I told you now because I was scared you’d get nervous."
"But I’m even more nervous now."
"What are you nervous about, it’s not like you’re eting the in-laws. Even if they have opinions about you, they can only keep them to themselves."
Mo Jun: "..."
Is this really how soone talks about their parents?!
But it seems he’s right; even if they had opinions, they couldn’t express them to her.
Mo Jun couldn’t help but express, "I actually wish they had opinions about ..."
That would an they’re still alive, and Hao Yansen wouldn’t be so lonely.
Actually, compared to them opposing their relationship, Mo Jun truly wishes they were still alive.
