Hao Yansen suddenly stood up from his seat, his mind montarily blank, "What did you say?"
"Her body has a serious problem, but she doesn’t know yet. I’m the first to notify you."
"What’s wrong with her?!" Hao Yansen asked nervously and anxiously.
...
Mo Jun was in a deep sleep for a long ti.
So long it felt like a century.
So long that Hao Yansen thought she might remain asleep forever; he didn’t dare close his eyes or blink, fearing she might suddenly be gone.
After receiving the news, Hao Yansen quickly rushed back. He had been by Mo Jun’s side for two days, yet she hadn’t woken up.
Hao Yansen felt that if she didn’t wake up soon, he would collapse.
The exhausted Hao Yansen fell asleep without knowing when. Even in his dreams, he slept restlessly.
Mo Jun opened her eyes to find him sleeping beside her. In an instant, she felt a sense of déjà vu from a past life.
Back then, she would often wake up from unconsciousness to see him...
Mo Jun raised her hand, wanting to touch him, but found herself lacking strength.
A needle was inserted into the back of her hand, with several IV tubes connected, including one for blood transfusion.
Mo Jun stared blankly at the red liquid, unable to comprehend why she had ended up needing a transfusion.
At that mont, Hao Yansen also woke up. Seeing her awake, he was overjoyed and grabbed her hand, "You’re awake!"
Hao Yansen’s voice was filled with excitent, even his eyes were bloodshot.
Mo Jun looked at him, her eyes slightly sore, "Why did you co back? What’s wrong with ?"
She wasn’t foolish; her condition must an sothing happened. Otherwise, Hao Yansen wouldn’t have rushed back, looking like this.
"There’s nothing wrong, just that you’re very weak..."
"Don’t lie to ." Mo Jun interrupted him, and suddenly Hao Yansen felt his throat blocked, unable to make a sound.
Seeing him like this, a wave of sadness surged in Mo Jun’s heart.
"What exactly is wrong with ?" she asked hoarsely, her gaze cautious, fearing to hear bad news.
Hao Yansen pressed his lips together, gently stroking her head, "We don’t know what’s wrong, your blood production has issues, now you can only maintain through transfusions."
Mo Jun was taken aback, "How could this happen?"
"I don’t know, but don’t be afraid, there’s definitely a way to cure you! As long as you keep receiving transfusions, you’ll be okay," Hao Yansen said firmly.
Mo Jun suddenly felt desolate.
She had to rely on constant transfusions to survive...
What a terrifying thing.
But she didn’t show much, optimistically comforting Hao Yansen, "Hmm, I’m not worried, and you shouldn’t be either. I can find a way to cure myself."
"Okay, let’s find a way when you’re feeling a bit better," Hao Yansen nodded with a smile, then pulled out a jewelry box from his pocket. Under Mo Jun’s surprised gaze, he opened the box to reveal a dazzling and beautiful diamond ring.
"Mo Jun, will you marry ? I want you to be my wife, to love and protect you forever, to make you always happy." Hao Yansen lowered his eyes, hoarsely and firmly said.
He didn’t dare look into her eyes because he feared she’d see his trembling reflected.
Mo Jun’s gaze also trembled.
She had reached such a serious state, that Hao Yansen was imdiately proposing.....
