This is the sound of a woman’s footsteps.
Jiang Huang raised his eyes in confusion, montarily stunned.
"Jiang Huang?" Axiang groped her way towards him.
When she roughly saw his silhouette, she stopped in her tracks, "Do you still rember ?"
Axiang’s voice was soft, carrying a hint of nostalgia and a touch of elder affection.
The shock in Jiang Huang’s eyes was just a fleeting mont; he quickly regained his composure, as if her appearance was very normal.
Yet he did not respond.
"Jiang Huang, it’s , I’m Aunt Yun." Axiang spoke again, and Mou Xiao standing at the door heard this, a knowing look flickered in his eyes.
Just as he suspected, she was from the Yun Family, Mo Jun’s mother.
"I thought you were dead." Jiang Huang finally spoke, his tone very calm, without any fluctuations, "How are you still alive?"
Hearing his voice, Axiang felt quite emotional.
"You’ve really grown up, but it’s a pity I can’t see clearly now, though I imagine you’ve grown up very handso."
"Are you reminiscing with ?" Jiang Huang asked blandly.
Axiang instead laughed, "Your temper is still the sa as when you were a child."
"What exactly do you want?"
"Nothing much, I heard you were here, ca to see you." Axiang shifted slightly, "Is there sowhere to sit?"
"Take three steps to the left."
"Thank you."
Axiang walked over, touched a sofa, and then slowly sat down.
Jiang Huang kept staring at her, his pitch-black eyes revealing nothing.
But he had already pieced everything together, "Looks like you’ve reunited with your daughter?"
Otherwise, she wouldn’t appear here.
"No, she doesn’t know yet." Axiang shook her head, "She almost died."
Jiang Huang sneered, "With you there, she would die?"
"Yes, she’s fine now. I thought I’d never see her in this lifeti, but heaven suddenly let out, and I managed to save her just in ti. I’m very grateful in my heart."
"Your not being dead is indeed unexpected."
"I’ve always been in the underground laboratory, it was Asen and the rest who found ."
"No wonder, if I had known earlier, I should’ve blown the whole thing up."
Axiang shook her head, "You wouldn’t do that, you must have known that I was still alive."
"..."
"Regarding your father, I didn’t intend to betray him. But if you hate , you can kill , let Xiaojun and the others go, okay? Her child is still in your hands, such a small child, why make it difficult." Axiang softly spoke.
Jiang Huang’s gaze grew colder, "Do you think I care about my father’s life or death?"
"..."
"It’s you who turned into what I am now!" Jiang Huang’s gaze was sharp as a knife, "So, let your daughter’s son inherit the Ansheng Group then!"
Axiang was stunned: "Is that the purpose of your scheming against Xiaojun?"
"My purpose is to destroy the world."
"No, you’re not that kind of person. You were very kind as a child, others don’t understand you, but I do."
"Looks like you don’t know that people change."
"But this has nothing to do with Xiaojun and the others, and you know, I didn’t an to harm you." Axiang explained sadly, "Jiang Huang, you detest everything your father did, you shouldn’t beco like him."
"You’re preaching to ?" Jiang Huang retorted, a hint of displeasure in his superior tone.
"Sorry, I didn’t an it that way. I just feel very sad seeing you like this now."
"No one has the right to pity ." Jiang Huang’s tone beca even more dismissive.
