Mo Jun finally sensed sothing was amiss, “Why Shang Shi? Isn’t he going with you?”
Shang Shi was his most capable assistant and would not be separated from him wherever he went.
“Yun Long is on leave, so I’m having Shang Shi stay with you. I wouldn’t be at ease with soone else. Once Yun Long is back, I’ll have him continue to follow you.”
“Yun Long is on leave?!” However, Mo Jun’s reaction seed a bit agitated, “When did this happen, how co I didn’t know?”
Hao Yansen gave her a puzzled look, nodding, “Yeah, he’s on leave. Left last night, must be sothing urgent.”
“Did he return to his hotown?” Mo Jun asked, trying to maintain her composure.
“Yeah.” Hao Yansen nodded again.
Mo Jun didn’t say anything more and continued to eat her breakfast, head lowered.
But her heart was anything but calm.
Yun Long had actually gone back; would the tragedy of her previous life happen again?
