Chapter 9: Are There Actually Surveillance Caras Here??
Red-Hair’s shrill cry, coupled with his bloodshot eyes, really did make him look deeply wronged.
The officer looked toward Li Mu.
But before Li Mu could speak, Xiao Lingtong suddenly shouted from the crowd, “That’s not true! Sir, this instructor was the one beating our students for no reason!”
“He tried to hit Li Mu too. Li Mu dodged, but he kept pressing him! That’s why Li Mu fought back!”

He had not expected the wall to fall and everyone to start pushing. So many students actually dared to step on him now.

The Senior Wolf Guard officer backhanded him across the face.

Then the officer turned to his adjutant. “Pull up the surveillance footage from this area for !”
“Yes, sir!” The adjutant imdiately took out his phone and began operating it.

There were surveillance caras here?
How did he not know that??
Otherwise, he never would have dared to pull this kind of stunt.
The reason he had dared to do this in the first place was because he had heard that so officers did the sa thing.

Even the students of Blackwater High School began looking around everywhere, but they could not spot any caras.
They had originally been worried.

If that officer had chosen to side with Red-Hair, there would have been nothing they could do.
But after watching the surveillance footage, the officer’s eyes erupted with surging fury.
He turned to Red-Hair and said coldly, “Find out who approved this piece of trash to serve as an instructor!”
One of the patrol guards answered and jogged off at once.
Red-Hair, anwhile, was trembling all over in terror.
“No matter how much I clean house, I can never wipe out garbage like you completely!”
“Drag him away. Send him, along with this surveillance footage, straight to the Enforcent Departnt!”
the officer ordered coldly.
The mont he heard the words “Enforcent Departnt,” Red-Hair’s remaining left leg went weak on the spot.
An unidentified liquid ca rushing out through his pants.
The two assistant instructors answered at once and prepared to take him to the dical Departnt first.

The students of Blackwater High School were all confused, but they still did as they were told.
Once everyone had turned on their caras, the officer faced Li Mu solemnly and said in a clear voice,
“I am Qin Zhanye, Senior Wolf Guard of the Abyss-Suppressing Army! I need your help with sothing. Would you be willing to co with ?”
Li Mu had been confused at first as well.
But he quickly understood.
Qin Zhanye had told all the students to take out their phones and start recording.
Then he had openly stated his identity and asked Li Mu to co with him.
This was his way of reassuring both Li Mu and everyone else that he was not trying to retaliate over what had just happened.
He had so other matter to discuss.
If anything happened to Li Mu, they could expose him publicly.

“Alright,” Li Mu nodded.
“Good. Reassign instructors for them. You, co with !”
Qin Zhanye nodded. The first half was directed at his subordinates, and the second half at Li Mu.
Then he strode ahead to lead the way.
His entire person radiated a kind of upright and open authority.
From the mont he had appeared until now, Li Mu realized that the man had not spoken a single unnecessary word!
Following Qin Zhanye, Li Mu arrived in front of a steel fortress.
A sign above the fortress bore a single line of words.

The guards at the entrance imdiately stood at attention and saluted.
“Wolf Guard Qin!”

One of the guards quickly ran inside.

Qin Zhanye beckoned to Li Mu and led the way inside.

Then he simply stood there like a stone tablet.
It left Li Mu speechless.
“Wolf Guard Qin, aren’t you going to ask for my opinion first?” Li Mu asked.
“Hm? Didn’t you already agree?” Qin Zhanye froze.
“I agreed to co with you. I didn’t agree to let you do whatever you wanted without explaining anything!” Li Mu said helplessly.
“Uh...”
Qin Zhanye was speechless for a mont. “That’s actually true!”
The assistant beside them looked back and forth between the two of them with a completely baffled expression.
“Then I’ll ask you first. Do you know what this place is?”
“Only vaguely,” Li Mu shook his head.
Qin Zhanye nodded and drew a deep breath.
