Gu Shaocheng couldn’t help being furious, nor could he suppress his anger—he truly felt wronged!
Yet he really couldn’t deny Chenxing’s words, his love was wrapping around him, following him, being loyal to him. He liked to think the whole world was inhumane, his worldview wanted to submit to darkness, he wanted to offer his soul to the darkness, at tis when he couldn’t find a reason to believe in love in this world, her words, her kisses were desperately giving him warmth.

Now, subrged in the spacious bathtub filled with warm water, Gu Shaocheng’s exhausted body slowly relaxed. Chenxing didn’t have the heart to speak to him anymore, just conscientiously wiping his body, washing his hair, and finally, in the soft, big bed of the bedroom, he fell into a deep sleep.
Chenxing dried his hair for him, then quietly lay beside him, gazing at his brows, knotted even in his sleep.

He slept very deeply, not waking up until noon the next day. As he opened his eyes, the first thing he saw was her. But how could he bear to tell her those outrageous things? He would rather she always see a world that’s clean and full of sunlight.
