"Who allowed you to bully Xue’er, don’t you know she’s her close sister?" The man sitting across from him took a gentle sip.
"Damn, which eye of yours saw bullying Xue’er?"
"Both eyes did."
A heavy glass was placed on the table, and the man said, "Sai Luo, be careful I beat you up if you keep spouting nonsense!"
"Why? A cornered dog will leap over a wall, or are you trying to silence soone? Can’t even admit what you’ve done? No wonder An Ying treats you like a monkey to be played with. Deserved it. Ling Yin, what do you think?" While the two were bickering, the man nad Ling Yin was focused on Hua Hua, who was surveying the entire bar. He didn’t even hear his companion calling him.
Sai Luo called him a couple of tis and noticed his distraction, then reached out to nudge him: "What are you looking at? I’m talking to you."
"Uh... what?" Ling Yin diverted his gaze and looked at Sai Luo.
"I said Little Yan is bullying Xue’er, and he won’t admit it even wants to silence the matter."
Little Yan slamd the table: "Sai Luo, stop talking crap! I haven’t even touched a finger on Xue’er!"
Ling Yin laughed, holding his glass and taking a small sip: "Carry on, I won’t get involved, just observing."
And so, the two n with nothing better to do started arguing again, until their faces turned red and veins throbbed. Seeing that Little Yan was about to co to blows, Sai Luo prudently dropped the subject: "Forget it, I’m not going to argue. I’ll be away for a bit. If the boss looks for , tell him I have so personal matters to deal with."
"What personal matter do you need to deal with?" Little Yan obviously didn’t want him to go, as that would be too boring, as he would lack soone to argue with: "Could it be you want to look for a woman to have fun with? There’s no shortage of won in the bar tonight."
"What nonsense are you spouting? I really do have personal matters to deal with."
He said as he stood up, grabbed his suit, and gave it a shake; Little Yan also rose: "Don’t dare to say you’re going to find a woman, no way. I must supervise you. The boss said we can’t be promiscuous, if he finds out, he’ll break our legs!"
Sai Luo, hearing this, kicked him hard, but still couldn’t shake off this persistent pest, so he had to say truthfully: "A few years back, I snuck a kid into the Phoenix Society; that child belongs to the Gu Family. I took the person but never ntioned it to the Gu Family. It happens that the Family Head is in Vancouver, so I’ll drop by to inform them. I’m keeping the kid."
"You’re talking about the little devil Gu Xiao Yao?"
"Yeah, she’s a daughter from a side branch of the Gu Family. Although her parents are deceased, she is still a mber of the Gu Family. It’s not too good to not give any notice."
The two talked as they walked, and in a blink of an eye, they left the bar.
Ling Yin gestured to call the manager over, and inquired on a whim: "That dancer, he’s one of your hotel’s dancers."
The manager looked in the direction pointed by Ling Yin and imdiately shook his head, carefully appeasing with a smile: "That’s the famous Young Master Hua from City E. Our hotel can’t afford to hire such a high-profile dancer. Young Master Hua has deep connections in City E."
Seeing that the distinguished guest seed interested in gossip, the manager couldn’t resist adding a few more words. Ling Yin’s eyes full of flavor watched Hua Hua as he provocatively livened up the atmosphere of the entire bar, absorbed in interest, until the sound of his phone interrupted him, and he put down his drink to head for the elevator and return to the upstairs private room.
Inside the bar, Hua Hua continued to play fervently, dancing with a body drenched in fragrant sweat. With beauties all around, he embraced them left and right, panting heavily. Tired of playing, he and a group of won followed him out, hopped into his flashy new sports car, and zood away.
