Hua Hua didn’t speak, just stared at his brother.
Gu Shaocheng pressed his hand down on Hua Hua’s shoulder and continued, "A man must have the courage to face all kinds of challenges, the courage to take on various setbacks. Hua Hua furrowed his eyebrows and listened intently to what Gu Shaocheng was saying.
Actually, he wasn’t soone irrational or oblivious to right and wrong, nor did he fail to recognize that everything his brother was saying was correct. But at the thought of leaving his brother, all those grand principles were instantly overwheld by his deep sense of dependency on him.
"I can’t do it; I can’t handle the hardship." He had already rejected himself in his mind before taking even a single step forward. Hua Hua shook his head vehently, like a rattle drum: "Besides, I’m used to living comfortably; I don’t want to suffer, and I definitely don’t want to go through tough training. I like a life of eating, drinking, and having fun—it’s just my thing."
Gu Shaocheng was truly exasperated by Hua Hua’s lack of ambition.

Gu Shaocheng was practically furious to the point of collapse at Hua Hua’s lackadaisical mindset!
After talking for so long, it seed to have had zero effect.
Frustrated, he began to rack his brains, even contemplating the idea of directly packing Hua Hua off to the airport, tossing him onto a plane, sending him to the place, and leaving him to fend for himself. What was the point of wasting his breath and saying useless things!

Hua Hua grabbed a pillow from the bed and hurled it at him, yelling, "Why?! We’re both adults—you have no right to dictate my life. Brother, do you hear ?!"
"Because I’m stronger than you, and there’s nothing you can do to resist . If you want freedom, then gain power. Once you do, the whole world will be yours, and no one will be able to control you!"
