Gu Shaocheng tugged at the corners of his mouth in a vague smile: "What else?"
"Well, um," Hua Hua pondered thoughtfully, "He’s the kind of person who’s easy to push around. I can do whatever I want, but it’s not always like that. When he doesn’t want to be pushed around, I can’t beat him."
Gu Shaocheng crossed his legs, lit a cigarette, took a couple of puffs, and then said, "Give an example? When is he easy to push around, and when is he not?"
Hua Hua snatched the cigarette from his hand and threw it out the window.
"Brother, stop smoking, it’s suffocating!"
Gu Shaocheng just glanced at him: "Don’t distract ."
But the car had already reached the airport lawn and was ready to land. Hua Hua breathed a sigh of relief, feeling like he’d narrowly escaped disaster, and imdiately pushed open the car door and rushed out.
The conversation had to be interrupted.
Gu Shaocheng followed suit, and the two of them, one after the other, boarded the plane with the escort of bodyguards.
The luxurious private jet swiftly soared into the clouds.
Hua Hua looked through the glass at the city below, and for so reason, he felt a bit reluctant to leave. He shook his head, thought of Ling Yin’s pig-headed face, and couldn’t help but burst into laughter.
Gu Shaocheng sat next to him reading the newspaper, specifically the front-page headline titled "A Rage for a Beauty," glanced at Hua Hua, and Hua Hua coughed to sit upright seriously.
He disdainfully said, "Brother, what’s there to see in this newspaper."
He forcibly yanked it and threw it to the side: "Co on, don’t look at it. What an idiot, one person fighting against six, must have water in his brain."
Gu Shaocheng returned the newspaper, laid it on his knee, opened it, and casually browsed.
"Indeed a fool, lacks a sense of the bigger picture, impulsive, not calm enough. In this situation, he should have found soone, handled them in a place unnoticed, made it neat and clean with no evidence left behind. Compared to his business acun, he has dropped so many levels in handling this issue," Gu Shaocheng slowly analyzed, "But precisely because he can be so impulsive when drunk, it shows he genuinely doesn’t allow anyone to defa you, it keeps you in his heart."
Hua Hua had a stunned expression: "..."
"If it were , a few years younger, in that situation, I might have been impulsive enough to throw a punch directly and forgotten what the rational way to handle the issue was."
Gu Shaocheng closed the newspaper and asked earnestly: "Tell honestly, if he’s pursuing you, would you give him a chance? Is there any possibility between you two to advance to..." He absolutely detested the idea of two n getting together, wanting to beat Ling Yin’s head in, but had to calm down, consider Hua Hua’s own thoughts and attitude, paused, and continued, "You know what I an, I want to hear your honest and real thoughts, don’t give evasive laughter, that would affect my judgnt."
Hua Hua didn’t know, his expression was tense, ready to crack, feeling uncomfortable and embarrassed.
Another bout of silent tension.
Hua Hua blushed and said, "I really don’t know. You know what I think, I... you’re all I think about."
"Brother Ling said he likes and wants to pursue , but I don’t know what I think. I don’t really want to accept it, but when I’m feeling down, having soone like him accompany , indulge , feels like a comforting refuge, and I can’t help but want to hide inside for a bit. Spending ti with him, indeed feels quite comfortable, and I’m not thinking much more than that at the mont. Beyond that, I don’t know either..."
