Seeing her genuinely in a good mood, Gu Shaocheng said, "That Chao Lu really doesn’t look bad. How co I never heard you ntion having such an old acquaintance? Which family is he from?"
"He used to be a little bodyguard my dad picked for ," Gu Qianqian explained, "I always thought he was dead. I didn’t expect him to still be alive."
"A little bodyguard?" Gu Shaocheng was a bit surprised.

Gu Shaocheng didn’t want to ddle in her personal matters either, rely saying, "Just be smart about it yourself."
Gu Qianqian nodded, thinking about Chao Lu, and unconsciously gazed into the sky. Sotis, she mused, life is a truly wonderful thing. She wondered if it was already predetermined by fate long ago, setting a clear turning point for her previously aimless life.
The siblings had so snacks at the horse track together. As they were leaving, just as Gu Qianqian was about to get into Gu Shaocheng’s car, she saw a man across the street. He had one hand in his pocket and gestured towards her. Gu Qianqian raised an eyebrow, standing still beside Gu Shaocheng. After waiting a while, Chao Lu walked over to them.
