She tried calling Shaocheng, but he only reassured her with a few words. Chenxing sat at ho, gloomily flipping through Sheng Sheng’s photos, looking at them one by one, missing her child more and more, barely resisting the urge to hop on a plane straight to Arica and bring her child back.
