Ling Yin’s face was full of disbelief as she laughed and poured him another glass of wine: "It’s okay, no need to be nervous."
"Does Maimai hold grudges?"
"Honestly?" Ling Yin laughed, raising an eyebrow: "She holds grudges a lot."
Sheng Sheng suddenly stood up because he was too frustrated and excited, furrowing his brows tightly: "Uncle Ling, are you serious?"
Ling Yin smiled elegantly yet deeply, glancing lightly at Sheng Sheng: "It’s okay, she’s just a little girl, what grudges could she hold? Maimai has always missed you."
Since she was little, the little girl liked to keep Brother Sheng Sheng’s na on her lips. Ling Yin thought they couldn’t possibly have any major conflicts, so he casually crossed his legs and gestured for him to sit down, then arranged dinner with the nanny.
"Maimai really didn’t co back with you?" This girl doesn’t seem to miss ho at all.
"She’s in San Francisco, attending an award ceremony, didn’t co back." Sheng Sheng took out his phone, impatiently stood up, and walked to the balcony to make a call, but the phone wouldn’t connect. No doubt, the girl couldn’t possibly answer his call right now.
After spending a year with her, he could still catch on to this temper.

Ling Yin generously handed him his phone, then reassured him with a few words.
Sheng Sheng took the phone and thanked him, then returned to the balcony to make the call again, yet the voice in the call was a man’s, saying: "Dad, I slept with Maimai."
"..." Sheng Sheng hesitated for a mont: "Is this Wenqing?"
"Who are you?"
"I’m your Brother Sheng Sheng." Sheng Sheng asked carefully and cautiously: "Is Maimai asleep?"
"Tell him to buzz off!" Wenqing’s words didn’t co through, but Maimai’s angry voice did, and the call was imdiately hung up.
Sheng Sheng hurriedly said: "Maimai..."
"Beep... Beep... Beep..."
Sheng Sheng listened to the continuous beeping from the phone, dialed again, but it wouldn’t connect. He thought this was really bad; he completely offended Maimai. How dumb do you have to be to do sothing like this?
"Sheng Sheng, co over and look at what dishes you like, I’ll have the servant buy them."
Right now, even if there was a feast of exotic delicacies in front of Sheng Sheng, he wouldn’t have the appetite to eat.

Sheng Sheng returned the phone to him, shaking his head: "Maimai probably won’t pick up my call."
