This trip isn’t just about her and Gu Shaocheng. Besides them, there are the happily quibbling pair Nan Baihao and Liang Huanhuan, the ever-excited Hua Hua, and Luo Xi, who started snoring the mont they boarded the plane. Yan Fengchi, deranged by envy, is stuck begrudgingly at the military camp unable to get leave. Bai Wuqing’s parents are in China and have now settled down, so it’s the right ti to bring their son back to et his grandparents.
Across the ocean and on the other side of the desert, a city erged out of the blue. Futuristic skyscrapers reaching out into the sky, glistening glamorously with towers of gold, the vast desert lands obscured by a sea of floating yellow sand... peering down from the airplane, Chenxing had the curious sensation of traveling through space and ti upon looking at the surreal cityscape below.
Hua Hua enthusiastically described the glamorous city to Chenxing.
"Haha, Dubai! You don’t even know about it! Chenxing, do you even browse the internet or read a newspaper? Are you sure you’re living on Earth?"
Gu Shaocheng glanced at Hua Hua casually, prompting him to promptly shut his mouth.
Hua Hua thought resentfully to himself: His big brother takes protecting his little sister-in-law to unreasonable extents. I can’t even make a simple joke.
When would he ever hold the sa position in big brother’s heart as his sister-in-law?
Sigh, comparing oneself to others would only result in resentnt!
Hua Hua, adored by all humans and flowers alike, and possessing a beauty that rivals Pan An, why couldn’t he attain the top spot in the Gu family’s circle of favorites?

Huanhuan was even more excited: "I know, I know, there’s the world’s first seven-star hotel (Burj Al Arab), the world’s tallest skyscraper (Burj Khalifa), the world’s biggest shopping center, and the world’s largest indoor ski resort, and even UFO like buildings here! Haha, honey, shall we stay at the world’s most badass seven-star hotel, the Burj Al Arab, tonight?"
"It depends on big brother, Huanhuan. Take a seat, fasten your seatbelt. The plane is about to land." Seeing her leaning over, Nan Baihao fastened her seatbelt while speaking.
"Gu Hands... Gu Handso!" Halfway through her sentence, Huanhuan quickly changed tack, casting a nervous glance at the sinisterly handso Gu sitting next to Chenxing. Phew, she almost habitually called out his nickna. In the next mont, she put on a charming and hopeful smile, "So, shall we stay at Burj Al Arjb tonight, pretty please?"
Chenxing, who has been leaning quietly on Gu Shaocheng without the least bit of excitent that others had, asked innocently, "What is Burj Al Arab?"
"Chenxing, you really are out of the loop! How can you not know about the dazzlingly luxurious Burj Al Arab in Dubai?" Huanhuan promptly shot her a contemptuous gaze, and launched into a barrage of words, "Let tell you, the idea for the Burj Al Arab was first proposed by the Defense Minister of the United Arab Emirates, the Crown Prince of Dubai - Al Maktoum. He dread of giving Dubai a landmark as distinctive as the Sydney Opera House or the Eiffel Tower. After the creative ideas of hundreds of designers worldwide, combined with the deep pockets of the people of Dubai and five years of construction, it culminated into this world’s first seven-star hotel, which appears like a majestic sail standing in the sea!"
