The crunching sound of neck bones made Mrs. Xia’s body go limp. "Cough, cough... cough, cough... Shao... Shao... Shaocheng... what... what are you going to do to your mother?"

Fear filled Mrs. Xia’s eyes, she tried to voice her words, but they got stuck in her throat.

Xia Jiankai had already co in from outside. He ran towards his mother who was struggling while pinned against the wall, attempting to save Mrs. Xia, but Gu Shaocheng kicked him away, not allowing anyone to approach.
The room was quickly controlled by bodyguards, each one ard with real guns and bullets.
"Shaocheng, what on earth are you doing? If she’s not your mother, did you pop out of a rock like Sun Wukong?" He Tianqi’s blood pressure rose as he anxiously watched the tense atmosphere between his grandson and daughter.
Gu Shaocheng turned his head and coldly glanced at He Tianqi, growling an order: "Leng Tong, show him!"

A paternity test report was thrown in front of He Tianqi by Leng Tong.
"If I can’t get a satisfactory answer today, none of you should think about leaving here alive!"
