His words, sharp as slaps, hit her square on her face.
Chenxing was furious, feeling as though she’d been subrged in a sea of sorrow. She retorted through her telephone, yelling, "I won’t! I just won’t!"
Then with a snap, she hung up the phone.
She burrowed her face into her pillow and began to sob.
He’s such a jerk. He really doesn’t like anymore, does he? Is he done with ?

Gu Shaocheng’s eyes narrowed. Just as he was about to speak, the call ended. He pulled away his phone to see that he had been hung up on.
Dammit, she actually dared to hang up on him.
Is she tired of living or what?!
Pissed off, he cast the sound of her firm "I won’t" ringing in his ears aside. With a loud thud, he slamd his phone onto the floor and stomped on it out of anger.
But it was just five minutes later that he begrudgingly picked up his phone again and reassembled the pieces. Surprisingly, the phone still worked despite taking a beating.
The first thing he did after switching it on was to call back the irate girl.
In true love, regardless of the other’s hostile actions or hanging up on calls, he wouldn’t remain mad at her. Gu Shaocheng was no longer the man who used to punish won just because he didn’t understand how to deal with them. Because of love, he’d learned to swallow his anger.

But when he tried calling her again, the call never connected. Chenxing had thrown her phone onto the floor and turned it off. Even as he continued to call, Chenxing had no idea. She was crying so hard, her voice shaking with each whimper.
She was harboring thoughts that all those vows of love, all those promises until death do us part, were nothing more than sweet nothings from him. She couldn’t believe she actually fell for them.
Just because she didn’t want to have his child for the mont, he stopped liking her!
The countless "I don’t like you" seed to stream past her like barrage comnts, tightly choking her heart with a steel wire. What to do, what to do, he didn’t like her anymore, he said he didn’t like her...
She shivered, feeling cold all over, unconsciously clutching tighter to her blanket. Those cruel words seed to have seeped into her heart, disturbing her sleep even when she had cried herself tired and fallen asleep.
Unable to get through to Chenxing, Gu Shaocheng was forced to call the butler, asking him to check up on her. The butler reported hearing sobs behind her bedroom door. The mont he terminated the call, regret filled Gu Shaocheng for his thoughtless words.
