The car didn’t move, and even the lights were turned off.
After a while, a flashy Lamborghini zipped past him.
His heart sowhat relieved.
The other half was still hanging in mid-air.
He longed to see her now, but he remained still, his hand gripping the handbrake so hard that his knuckles bulged obtrusively.
Twenty minutes later, the flashy Lamborghini zood past him again. Seemingly catching a glimpse of a girl huddled up in the passenger seat as the car flashed past.
The other half of his heart finally cald down completely.

At twenty past three in the morning, a bright red Lamborghini parked in front of an elite apartnt in the Imperial Palace Luxury Apartnt complex. Hua Hua quickly got out of the car, ran to the other side, and opened the car door.
"Chenxing, we’re here."
The heartbroken young girl, her eyes moist, flickered as she looked outside the car.
"Where is this?"
"This is the Imperial Palace Luxury Apartnt. You can stay here for now. I’m not quite clear about the situation, but my brother asked to bring you here."
Chenxing closed her eyes, shaking her head: "I want to go ho to the Gu Family. Take back. I don’t want to stay in this unfamiliar place."
Hua Hua felt terribly worried.
His brother had given his command. If he took Chenxing back to the Gu Family, he would disappear from his brother’s world forever.
He was torn between his brother and Chenxing.
Where would he go from here?
He was filled with guilt, always feeling that he had caused all this trouble. He worried it could lead to a split with his brother. In the middle of the night, his brother finally gave him a chance to redeem himself by picking up Chenxing and bringing her here. If he weren’t successful this ti, he was afraid that his brother might never consider him a brother again.
People can be kind of selfish animals!
Hua Hua, at a loss, tried his best to persuade her.
"Chenxing, you must bear with it for now. My brother is still mad. If you stay here for just one night, he’ll calm down by tomorrow and take you ho."
"If you go back now, it’s like running into a bullet. If his anger hasn’t subsided by then, he will reject you more. Listen to , really!"
With a light flutter of Chenxing’s long eyelashes, a tear stread down her face.
She felt wronged but didn’t express her feelings.
But she didn’t get out of the car.
"I want to go back to the Gu Family, I want to go ho now. This is not ho, I don’t want to go in."
Hua Hua was stumped right away.
He stood by the front door, tugging off his hair. His otherwise perfect hair looked like a bird’s nest ssily arranged by him. He was helpless, and finally threatened: "Alright, if you won’t go in, then I’ll stay with you here all night."
With that, he didn’t get back into the car but squatted next to it and rubbed his hands.
The two remained at an impasse for a full thirty minutes, neither one willing to back down.
Nobody noticed that there was another car quietly parked nearby, its lights turned off, the person inside concealed in the darkness. Only the glow from their cigarette could be seen.
Three people. Three hearts. Three circumstances!
Chenxing: life was unpredictable, love was fickle. How many of the things that were said at the beginning can be done in the end? If life could only remain as it was at the first sight, would she have to rely on mories to get by in the future?
