Chenxing frowned her little eyebrows, disliking the dicine, but she knew she had to take it.
At the hotel entrance, Yan Fengchi drove off, speeding away.
Three cars followed behind him, chasing after him.
However, they were still almost two kiloters away from the docks when they heard a massive explosion. A wave of heat pressed in, the crowd around them was in a mad panic, and the aftermath of the great explosion was enormous. As distant explosions were heard, Yan Fengchi jerked the steering wheel, the car slid, but he floored the accelerator.
A sharp hiss, so piercing it almost burst the eardrums.
Yan Fengchi stopped the car. There was a traffic jam ahead, many cars parked on the side of the road, unable to move forward.
What happened? Wasn’t there still ti?
Twenty minutes remained until the deal, but there had been an explosion. What in the world was happening? Had Luo Xi been caught up in it? A string of question marks rose in Yan Fengchi’s mind as he decisively abandoned the car and continued on foot.
In his heart, there was one overpowering thought.

The call wasn’t answered by Kevin, but by one of Kevin’s rcenaries.
A flurry of words spilled out: "She’s not dead; Miyai’s n captured her."
"As we found the woman, we ca face to face with Miyai’s n. Sorry, their plan was ticulous, and they had her. We could only release her; otherwise... you wouldn’t want us to bring back a dead body, right?"
The person on the other end continued, "The other side said if you want the woman back, bring the goods for an exchange."
