Luo Xi got out of a man’s car, took so unsteady steps, and leisurely made her way to the entrance of the Imperial Palace complex, entering the heavy gate with the passcode.
Though the apartnt belonged to Gu Shaocheng, they hadn’t been living there recently, and it had been temporarily occupied by Luo Xi alone.
It was so cold and empty, she seldom returned before midnight unless utterly uninterested.
A ding as she pressed the elevator button, and the elevator shot upwards.
Another ding, and she staggered out, only to see a man leaning against the wall by the door, hidden in the darkness, his silhouette the only thing visible.
She startled, subconsciously patting her body down for a weapon, unfortunately finding none.
"Looking for a gun for self-defense?" Yan Fengchi’s face was filled with dead-seriousness, the killing aura so palpable she could feel it even five steps away.
She blinked, took out her phone, turned on the flashlight, and shone it twice on his face.
Relaxing a bit after seeing who it was, she then staggered towards him, teasingly lifted his chin with her bag, "What’s the na of such a handso guy?"
While speaking, she reached into her bag, pulled out a banknote, and stuffed it into Yan Fengchi’s collar with an astonishing proposition, "For sale?"
