Imperial Son Fengyang was deranged and malevolent, completely lacking the dignity of an Imperial Son. Instead, he seed more like a demon consud by madness.
But as quickly as he charged forward, he was beaten back even faster!
Ye Xingchen, holding the Starday Blade, slashed down on Imperial Son Fengyang’s body. The blade pierced through him, and with a powerful strike, Ye Xingchen sent the emperor flying.
Blood poured from Imperial Son Fengyang, his imperial blood scattering into the void. His appearance was as miserable as it was pitiful.
“Emperor!” A Dao Ancestor rushed to his side.
Several Dao Ancestors surrounded Imperial Son Fengyang, shielding him from further harm and fearing for his life.
“Move aside! I can still fight!” Imperial Son Fengyang roared furiously.
But the Dao Ancestors refused. Allowing him to fight again would risk his collapse—whether his body or his mind. If his Dao Heart shattered, they would share the bla for his downfall.
One of the Dao Ancestors perford a calming Dao technique, gradually soothing Imperial Son Fengyang’s turbulent emotions.
After a mont, Imperial Son Fengyang regained a semblance of composure, but his eyes burned with unrelenting anger.
“Dao Ancestor Thunder Cloud, kill Ye Xingchen for !” Imperial Son Fengyang commanded.
“This…” Dao Ancestor Thunder Cloud hesitated, his expression troubled.
“What? You refuse?” Imperial Son Fengyang’s voice dropped to a dangerous tone. “We are the Heavenly Emperor Palace! What is a re human race? I want an Invincible True Ancestor of the human race dead. Am I not entitled to such a thing? I will take full responsibility for the consequences!”
“But… he is the son of the Dao Ancestor of Ten Thousand Laws,” Dao Ancestor Thunder Cloud replied, urgency in his tone.
“The Dao Ancestor of Ten Thousand Laws is just a newly ascended Dao Ancestor,” Imperial Son Fengyang said dismissively. “At best, he’s at the Fifth Heaven Dao Ancestor Realm!”
Dao Ancestor Thunder Cloud clenched his fists, stifling the urge to curse. How could Imperial Son Fengyang be so blind? The Dao Ancestor of Ten Thousand Laws wasn’t soone they could afford to offend. His foundation as a Supre True Ancestor ensured he would beco an Invincible Dao Ancestor in ti. Killing Ye Xingchen would provoke his wrath, and even the Heavenly Emperor Palace might not escape unscathed.
“Dao Ancestor Thunder Cloud, as your commanding Imperial Son, I order you to kill Ye Xingchen!” Imperial Son Fengyang’s voice thundered.
“Yes, Your Majesty,” Dao Ancestor Thunder Cloud answered reluctantly.
The rules of the Heavenly Emperor Palace were ironclad. Disobeying an Imperial Son’s order—even a reckless one—would result in severe punishnt, both for the disobedient and as a lesson to others. The authority of the Palace depended on absolute compliance.
Even if the command was wrong, cruel, or suicidal, it had to be carried out.

Dao Ancestor Thunder Cloud unleashed his power, a crushing wave of force from a Fifth Heaven Dao Ancestor descending upon Ye Xingchen.
In the distance, Ye Xingchen felt the overwhelming strength pressing down on him. His own power was only enough to contend with a top-tier Second Heaven Dao Ancestor. Against a Fifth Heaven Dao Ancestor, he was utterly outmatched.
The void around Ye Xingchen warped and trembled under the terrifying force, pinning him in place. Escape seed impossible.
Dao Ancestor Thunder Cloud approached step by step, his aura locking onto Ye Xingchen with unrelenting pressure.
“Dao Ancestor Thunder Cloud, don’t waste ti!” Imperial Son Fengyang barked.
Dao Ancestor Thunder Cloud sighed deeply. “Ye Xingchen, it’s unfortunate. If you had a stronger background, perhaps this would not be your fate. Do not hold this against .”
As he spoke, a Thunder Spear ford in his hand, crackling with imnse power. With a swift motion, he hurled it toward Ye Xingchen.
Faced with impending death, Ye Xingchen suddenly experienced an epiphany. His Starday Dao Robe surged, breaking through from the peak of the minor accomplishnt realm to the major accomplishnt realm.
The major accomplishnt realm Starday Dao Robe materialized around Ye Xingchen, forming a protective shield against the incoming Thunder Spear.
“You are truly extraordinary,” Dao Ancestor Thunder Cloud remarked with a hint of regret. “To cultivate the Starday Dao Robe, a mid-level Dao Technique, to the major accomplishnt realm at the Invincible True Ancestor stage is astonishing. But it still won’t be enough to stop this.”
The Thunder Spear tore through the major accomplishnt realm’s Starday Dao Robe, layer by layer, until it pierced Ye Xingchen’s body.
It seed certain that Ye Xingchen would perish. Yet, a surge of Origin Power erupted from within him, rapidly healing his injuries.
Dao Ancestor Thunder Cloud froze in shock.
Seizing the opportunity, Ye Xingchen retreated, creating distance between himself and his attacker. His wounds healed at a visible rate, and the oppressive rules of thunder left by Dao Ancestor Thunder Cloud dissipated.
Ye Xingchen’s aura grew stronger and stronger. He had shattered the limits of the Invincible True Ancestor and was ascending toward a higher realm.
“You’ve birthed the Supre Dao Origin!” Dao Ancestor Thunder Cloud gasped, his disbelief evident.
Not far away, Imperial Son Fengyang’s pupils contracted sharply. Jealousy and rage filled his heart.
The Supre True Ancestor was a status he had long coveted. He had challenged countless invincible true ancestors, hoping for a miracle that would allow him to break through. Yet, deep down, he knew it was beyond his reach.
But here was Ye Xingchen, shattering the shackles and achieving what Imperial Son Fengyang had only dread of.
“Kill him! Quickly, kill him now!” Imperial Son Fengyang scread hysterically.
Dao Ancestor Thunder Cloud gritted his teeth and attacked again, this ti with full force.
“Heavenly Thunder Spear!”
This was his signature Thousand Dao Technique, far more devastating than the earlier spear.
The Heavenly Thunder Spear pierced through the void, hurtling toward Ye Xingchen with unstoppable force.
“Can’t block it…” Ye Xingchen whispered in despair. The exhilaration of his breakthrough as a Supre True Ancestor faded, replaced by bitter resignation. He closed his eyes, ready to face death.
At that mont, a commanding voice rang out.
“A Fifth Heaven Dao Ancestor whose potential is exhausted dares to lay a hand on my son?”
The void shattered, and a figure erged. With a single motion, the newcor caught the Heavenly Thunder Spear and crushed it effortlessly.
In an instant, the figure appeared before Dao Ancestor Thunder Cloud, gripping his neck with terrifying force. A Grand Thousand Dao Technique of binding immobilized Thunder Cloud completely.
“You dared to threaten my son?” the man asked coldly.
Dao Ancestor Thunder Cloud’s eyes widened in terror as he recognized the figure. “Dao Ancestor of Ten Thousand Laws—it’s you!”
He trembled like a leaf in the wind. Before the Dao Ancestor of Ten Thousand Laws, his power was insignificant, as though he were nothing more than an insect.
The unimaginable strength of a Supre True Ancestor who had ascended to Dao Ancestorhood was beyond comprehension.
