The True Monarchs from these top factions also constructed a colossal city within the ruins, enclosing the True Ti Pagoda within it.
This city was nad Sky Ape City to commorate the fallen sect, the Sky Ape Sect.
Sky Ape City also beca a hub for trade, jointly developed by the top factions. To facilitate this, they collaborated on the creation of a spatial teleportation formation linking the ruins to the major True Nations.
With this formation in place, the factions no longer needed to pass through the Vajra True Nation to reach Sky Ape City.
Otherwise, if True Monarchs from various factions entered the Vajra True Nation freely, it would undoubtedly displease the local True Monarchs.
The introduction of the teleportation formation resolved this issue.

“Finally, it’s perfected!” Ye Tian let out a light breath.

Unfortunately, Domain Techniques were extrely rare, and ordinary ones were of little practical value.
Since the Scripture Pavilion did not contain any Domain Techniques, Ye Tian could only sigh in disappointnt.
