Although Super Polyrization had been used this ti, none of the machinery here had been destroyed in advance, so the Fusion Army likely already knew that Amaki Hikaru was the one sabotaging their organization during this period.

But now, with the enemy struggling to survive, Hikaru cared even less about such matters than before.

The only thing to consider was...

"Although your enemies being crushed should be quite entertaining," Tierra tossed her instant noodle cup into the trash, dabbed her mouth with a napkin, then raised a finger and said, "But because of the Fusion Army's reckless assault, they will definitely retaliate."

Tierra was very familiar with such things.

As one of the Source Gods from the DT Planet, though she hadn't personally experienced the mortal cycle of life and death, she had witnessed plenty of love-hate wars during her early days after awakening.

On her ho planet, war was everywhere. It was common for two races to be at war one day and then cooperating against a shared enemy the next.

War? Nothing new.

Even if the Fusion Army was just a small, scheming faction from Hikaru's dinsion, retaliation was a given.

Of course—

That was still a minor issue.

Yes, in Tierra's eyes, this was absolutely a small matter.

Because there had been no major casualties, and with the Fusion Army serving as a convenient scapegoat, the governnt and upper levels of society had plenty of talking points to handle things diplomatically.

After all, it could just be resolved through a Duel.

They weren't the Fusion Army, after all.

This wasn't Tierra's world either, and the mainstream here didn't settle things by killing.

The real problem lay in...

"If the other side can pull off ti-stopping, then their world won't be any weaker than yours. Plus, that strange dragon doesn't seem bad at all. Maybe not on par with Duel Dragons, but definitely a higher-tier Spirit." Tierra continued, "In other words, the hidden powers in their world won't be inferior to yours. At best, maybe just slightly weaker."

Hikaru nodded.

Though honestly, this was all within Hikaru's expectations.

From the mont he arrived in this world, he had already built a basic understanding of its circumstances.

Interdinsional travel, a Fusion Army... of course, there were going to be various random bosses everywhere.

From the start, Hikaru had half-worried that one day, while attending class, a "Thousand Lords Overlord" from the neighboring dinsion might show up acting like a thug challenging him to a Duel or sothing.

Later, after discovering Leo Akaba's possible Light Force signature and seeing Rex Goodwin staging a coup via the Friendship Cup in the Synchro Dinsion, all these incidents made it clear:

Every dinsion, every world, had its own "top players"—each with their own "agenda." When they crossed paths, naturally, different things would happen.

Just like Professor Banner once said: Interdinsional interaction would attract more and more evil beings to notice humanity. They might resist, or even cooperate.

And of course, there was always the chance of higher entities controlling lower-tier villains.

Perfectly normal.

Soday, even the ergence of a "Rainbow Rocket Team" wouldn't surprise him.

Of course, that was assuming the various bosses didn't start fighting each other first.

After all, so bosses had their own plans. At least from Hikaru's perspective, soone like ZONE from 5D's final arc would absolutely never side with those villain types.

Hikaru dismantled so parts and equipnt.

Using the Erald Book, he sent word to the Union Hangar about the Fusion Army's situation so they could take revenge when the chance ca. Then he hauled away the machinery he needed for alchemical materials.

As soon as he returned to the Fusion Club and ca downstairs, loud announcents filled the air.

Every TV and computer in the departnt switched to the sa news broadcast.

An evil organization calling themselves the "Fusion Army," led by Leo Akaba, had launched a shaless sneak attack on a neighboring friendly world. KaibaCorp expressed strong disdain, and when asked for comnt, Seto Kaiba himself responded with one word:

"Boring."

"Hikaru!"

"Bro Hikaru, bad news! Really bad news!"

"Disaster, Hikaru!"

Chazz's face turned ashen. He had expected Leo Akaba to pull sothing, but not this kind of stunt!

Was he stupid or what?

anwhile—

Inside the White Dorm.

Sartorius gently shuffled his Tarot cards.

In his vision, endless light surged toward him. The Tarot deck in his hands erupted with enormous black smoke, and he felt his body growing stronger. Just by blinking, he could now see that at this very mont, Principal Sheppard had disembarked from the ship, struggling to hide his sorrow while greeting Crowler and Napoleon.

"Heh hahaha—" Sartorius couldn't help but laugh aloud. Warm steam escaped his mouth, making him appear less like a refined youth and more like a fearso evil dragon.

His goodwill was steadily being drowned by malice. Violent energy poured out of him, nearly congealing into a physical form behind him.

"Foolish Leo Akaba."

Impatient and lacking a Duelist's talent... how could science alone ever defeat a truly powerful Duelist?

He extended his hand, watching as the light there grew madly.

During the last battle between the Society of Light Duelists and the Fusion Army, Sartorius had realized most Fusion Army mbers weren't real Duelists. Back then, he hadn't acted personally, and part of his Light had been stolen.

Although, so what?

He could already "see" the present.

Now, the Light Force had lost faith in Leo Akaba. All that Light was flowing into him!

The Light Force surged wildly within him, gathering the lost Light from across the dinsions—whether from the Fusion Army, the X-Dinsion, or even the Spirits—all flowing toward him.

So traces might still remain with other beings, but that couldn't change the overall current of the Light Force!

He would be the Duelist who best embodied the Light Force!

Destroy Earth?

That was old news—he would destroy the entire dinsion!

That was his true destiny!

At the sa ti, the radio broadcast touched on KaibaCorp news.

This stirred mories of his earlier encounter with Seto Kaiba.

A long ti ago, he had thought Seto Kaiba would be his obstacle before reaching his "Destiny." But after eting him, Sartorius realized sothing:

Kaiba wouldn't interfere.

He simply didn't care about these matters.

Otherwise, how could the Society of Light and Fusion Army have grown unchecked?

Duelists should resolve things through Duels.

The fate of the world would, of course, be decided by Duels!

So now—

Destiny's mont had arrived!

As Sartorius contemplated this...

Suddenly—

Massive screens lit up across almost the entire Academy Island.

Principal Sheppard's familiar face appeared before all the students again.

Sartorius grinned viciously.

The "Critical Nexus" Dinsion... starting from this point, it would spread, connecting all dinsional boundary points!

As long as death was sown here, then eventually, every dinsion would be "destroyed!"

The only thing missing now was—

A thod!

"Ahem... mic check... mic check..."
