1014: Chapter 324: The Bull and the Scorpion of the Abyss (Part 2) 1014: Chapter 324: The Bull and the Scorpion of the Abyss (Part 2) While Ye Yinzhu was pondering how to deal with these Destroyers, the three thousand in the sky simultaneously launched their attack, and their target was only one.

Three thousand streams of purplish-red light suddenly descended, converging towards a single point—towards Glacis, who was retreating.

Glacis was extremely excited by the slaughter today, having killed an uncountable number of Abyssal Creatures in the relentless War Trample.

Although the continuous battle had also drained his energy, at least hundreds of thousands of various Abyssal Creatures had fallen before him.

Glacis naturally noticed the purplish-red light in the sky, but he didn’t care.

He had never dodged attacks from Abyssal Creatures.

Besides, with his massive body, dodging was simply too difficult.

Just as Glacis was nonchalantly retreating towards the Fortress, and the purplish-red light was about to reach him, suddenly, he felt a sense of foreboding.

As a Divine Beast, a Sub-God rank powerhouse, Glacis’s instincts were incredibly sharp—a wild beast’s intuition.

Almost in the instant that this feeling emerged, Glacis roared angrily, a milky white light bursting forth from his body, instantly maximizing his defensive power to its limit.

Logically, it was impossible for all three thousand attacks to hit a single target, but the streams of purplish-red light seemed to have eyes of their own.

Some even curved through the air, ensuring every single one struck Glacis accurately.

Boom—Glacis’s entire body was almost instantaneously tainted purplish-red, an incredibly furious and pitiful scream bursting forth from his mouth as his entire body reared up on its hind legs, the purplish-red light sweeping across every part of Glacis in the blink of an eye.

Glacis was trembling, which was the first thing Ye Yinzhu noticed.

This was bad.

The Abyssal Creatures had obviously been aware of him for some time now, and the destruction he had wrought upon the Abyss Army was the greatest.

Could these Abominations have appeared just to kill him?

Realizing this, Ye Yinzhu’s body almost immediately flew out from the top of the city walls, a layer of intense Jinse (Gold) light erupting from him.

His speed was incredibly fast at Fifth Rank Sub-God rank, and Glacis was already not far from the Fortress.

With two flashes, Ye Yinzhu had already arrived in front of Glacis, slapping his palm onto Glacis’s forehead.

A surging Life Energy flooded into Glacis like a tidal wave.

At that moment, Ye Yinzhu immediately felt the attributes of the purplish-red light.

Fire and Darkness, it carried with it madness of both.

The colossal energy was rapidly corroding Glacis’s body, the Offensive Power was astounding.

Even Glacis’s stout defensive power was showing signs of wounds on his skin.

“Change back into human form,” Ye Yinzhu yelled loudly.

With the help of Ye Yinzhu’s Life Energy, Glacis quickly returned to his three-meter-tall giant man’s form, and the next moment, Ye Yinzhu had forcibly pulled him into an Instant Teleportation, back to the top of the city walls.

In the very next instant, another three thousand streams of purplish-red light landed from seemingly nowhere, slamming heavily into the ground.

On the surface, the ground seemed unchanged, but that solid black facade had turned into a swamp over an area of five hundred square meters.

The solid stone had bee mud, indicating just how terrifying the momentary corrosion was.

Back on the Fortress City Head, the purplish-red on Glacis’s body slowly faded away.

With a retch, Glacis spewed out a mouthful of fresh blood.

Looking up at the Destroyers in the sky, his eyes were filled with rage and unwillingness.

“Dammit, if I hadn’t exhausted so much energy just now, they wouldn’t have been able to hurt me.”

Previously, even under the continuous attack of hundreds of thousands of Sky Demons, Glacis had not suffered any damage.

Yet, a volley from the Destroyers had caused him serious injury.

If Ye Yinzhu hadn’t e to his aid in time, whether he could have survived to return was still a question.

Could the offensive power of these Destroyers really be so terrifying?

Even dozens of Forbidden Curses landing on Glacis at the same time wouldn’t have caused such damage.

Keep in mind, Glacis was now much stronger than when Ye Yinzhu and Zi, among others, had subdued him.

He was no longer someone who could be suppressed just by a Super Divine Artefact.

At this point, the Ryuzakinus Alliance Army had finally withdrawn.

Since the Destroyers’ attention was all on Glacis, both the Legion of Behemoth Beasts and the Grim Reaper Dragon Wolf Cavalry hadn’t encountered much resistance.

From the looks of it, the Ryuzakinus Alliance Army had won another huge victory, even greater than the last battle’s harvest.

The Ghouls and the Wicked Scythe, two of the Abyss Army, had been pletely routed, their numbers no longer a threat.

Even many Demon Spiders and Abominations were casualties.

A fifth of the Sky Demons had also been diminished.

However, the appearance of Destruction made Ye Yinzhu’s mood bee heavy.

He knew that although the Abyss Army had been slow to react, not anticipating that he would send out the strongest legion right from the start, it was now the time when the real main force of the Abyss Army was about to strike.

The fact that Destruction had not led the Sky Demons and the ground troops to attack again probably meant they were waiting for the emergence of other armies posed of high-rank Abyss beings.

As if to confirm Ye Yinzhu’s thoughts, Destruction did not pursue further.

The ground forces posed of Demon Spiders and Abomination mixed armies were also slowly gathering together, silently waiting, and the Sky Demon guards around Destruction did not advance any further.

Meanwhile, the headquarters of the Abyss Army began to move as a whole, and Ye Yinzhu watched as more creatures took to the sky amid the Abyss Army.

His pupils contracted, and Ye Yinzhu couldn’t help but smile bitterly to himself.

It was a case of fearing what might e; his least desired scenario was to face a large number of high-rank aerial forces.

The three thousand Destructions before him already posed a significant nuisance, but there would be even more high-rank aerial forces from the Abyss following them.

The first thing that caught his eye was as many as ten thousand Yin Dragons.

Even though not all of these Yin Dragons were as huge as Weiya’s and Xi Ya’s mounts from the last encounter, Yin Dragons were massive in size.

Not only was their hand-to-hand bat ability strong, but the Offensive Power of their Sunless Fire was also extremely formidable.

Just these ten thousand Yin Dragons were not something his side’s air forces could contend with.

The Zither Emperor’s Aircraft Carrier Battle Group was going to have to expend a lot in order to hold them off.

However, these ten thousand Yin Dragons seemed to be guards rather than the main force.

In the midst of the Yin Dragons, there was a small number, around one thousand of a special kind of Flight creature that appeared in Ye Yinzhu’s sight.

This kind of creature looked very strange; their body width was roughly ten meters wide, but their length was less than five meters.

They flew very slowly; the Yin Dragons were not known for their speed, but these creatures were much slower than the Yin Dragons, their speed not even matching that of ordinary ground Cavalry.

But seeing how the Yin Dragons carefully guarded these creatures, Ye Yinzhu’s heart grew heavier and heavier.

Clearly, these incredibly slow monsters must have extraordinary capabilities elsewhere.

What worried Ye Yinzhu the most was that these creatures had not appeared on the list he had discovered on his last reconnaissance mission.

In other words, these Abyssal creatures before him were pletely unknown.

The ground forces of the Abyss Army were equally terrifying, with a large number of Two-headed Abominations and a mixed army of various high-rank Abyss beings slowly pushing forward.

Within this army, there were also some Abyssal creatures Ye Yinzhu had never seen before.

Among them, there were two legions, each surpassing the number of one hundred thousand, that particularly caught Ye Yinzhu’s attention.

One was posed of extremely large beings, over forty meters in length, with a girth resembling a scaled-down version of a Glacis.

They were somewhat similar in appearance to the Mammoth mounts of the Mammoth Knight Group of Faran knights.

But they were even larger than the Mammoths, and at the very front of their heads were two large tusks.

These tusks, over fifteen meters long, looked like two massive battle-axes.

Just by looking, one could imagine the terrifying Offensive Power of these tusks.

Even the Two-headed Abominations seemed like children in their presence.

The oppressive force generated by the appearance of one hundred thousand such Abyssal creatures on the battlefield was unimaginable.

Ye Yinzhu temporarily named them Demon Bulls.

After all, the large tusks on their heads somewhat resembled cow horns, only much sharper.

Another kind of Abyssal creature Ye Yinzhu had not seen before was also numerous but different from the massive Demon Bulls.

This type of creature was small, approximately two meters in length, resembling an enlarged scorpion, albeit even smaller than a Demon Spider.

Normally, such small-sized creatures would not have caught Ye Yinzhu’s attention, but it was the position of these bizarre scorpions that forced him to take note.

These strange scorpions were situated on the backs of the Demon Bulls, one on each.

Moreover, by their demeanor, it seemed as if the Demon Bulls were taking mands from them.

Together with the weird large crabs flying in the sky, three kinds of Abyssal creatures that Ye Yinzhu had neither encountered nor heard of during his reconnaissance had appeared.

And they were evidently the main force among the high-rank Abyss beings.

All the amassed Abyss forces were slowly pressing forward.

Was the moment of decisive battle approaching?

Ye Yinzhu took a deep breath.

He knew that now was not the time to be astonished.

If he started to panic, how could the Alliance withstand these enemies?

He still held the greatest trump card in his hands that had not been used, which was Faran’s Mages.

It was only by relying on the strength of the Mages that they could possibly withstand this wave of enemy attack.
