However, he also distinctly felt a petrifying aura locking on from behind—he didn’t need to ask, he had already been discovered.
“You think you can leave just like that?” Guti snorted coldly.
He was not angry at the moment, his eyes emitting a bloodthirsty light.
It had been a long time since someone dared to provoke him.
Slaughter was always his favorite pastime.
His deep purple Douqi field was released instantaneously, and his specialized Douqi was far more formidable than that of the Anya and An Qi sisters.
The air seemed to solidify, a tremendous pulling force emerged behind Ye Yinzhu, an irresistible force.
Ye Yinzhu only felt his body sink, and the next moment, he was being pulled back with a speed faster than when he was trying to escape.
There was no panic or hastiness as Ye Yinzhu controlled his body to turn mid-air, facing Guti directly—finally laying eyes on the Chief of the Thunder God Tribe.
The towering three-meter-tall robust figure, the deep purple Douqi could not be Eighth Rank, but rather a higher Ninth Rank Zi rank.
The near-solidified Douqi radiance could tear the air into shreds, his bare upper body covered with golden hair, his bloodthirsty eyes gazing at him as if looking at prey.
Not opting for Arrogant Bamboo Swordsmanship or the Sword of Nox, Ye Yinzhu knew the gap between them was simply too vast.
A gap of more than ten ranks couldn’t be bridged unless he could use the Super Divine Artefact within his heart—any technique or weapon in his possession would pose no threat to Guti.
So, he raised his left hand.
“Human?” Guti looked at Ye Yinzhu somewhat surprised; he was not like those Beastman nobles and Aetoa who couldn’t differentiate between a Rank Nine Beast and a human.
The handsome face, even in the face of his powerful Douqi, still maintained an elegant demeanor, the clear black eyes did not waver in panic, and the Douqi intensity was quite impressive.
At his age, being able to sneak near his residence unnoticed was already quite an achievement.
If it hadn’t been for the Blue Elf’s shout, he wouldn’t have known that a guest like this had e to his place.
However, whether it was surprise or admiration, it couldn’t quench Guti’s killing intent.
He didn’t use his Douqi field to tear Ye Yinzhu apart; he wanted to use his hands.
Only by feeling the warm blood through his hands could he enjoy his favorite thing.
Guti had another hobby, which was eating human hearts.
To him, that was the most delicious food.
Just as Guti thought the human before him was about to bee his sacrifice and that he was about to feast on a delicious human heart, he saw Ye Yinzhu’s left hand—the silver-white brilliance flickering on that hand.
Silver-white Douqi, huh?
It seemed unfamiliar, but how strong could it be?
Just as that thought arose, to his astonishment, Ye Yinzhu, who had been resisting his Douqi field’s suction with his own Douqi, suddenly gave up fighting back.
Bringing the mass of silver-white light, he charged towards Guti like a cannonball.
“Seeking death,” Guti growled.
The title of the First bat Master of the Beastmen wasn’t for nothing.
His body might appear massive, but his speed was as swift as a phantom; he lifted his right hand to his chest in an instant, just in time to meet Ye Yinzhu’s left fist.
And at the moment that cluster of silver light reached Guti’s chest, Guti saw the faint smile at the corner of Ye Yinzhu’s mouth.
His heart clenched, he immediately discarded any underestimation, and the purple light before him intensified.
A short-handed battle hammer with an ancient design, flashing with a purple thunder and lightning aura, obstructed in front of his chest.
The mysterious patterns now seemed so dazzling.
At Ye Yinzhu’s right hand, a golden yellow light arrived later but hit first, merging into the patterned silver-white light.
The two brilliant lights disappeared in that instant.
What remained was only the transparent air.
A milky white spot instantly erupted in the spreading, colliding with the hammer before Guti and the vast purple radiance.
At that moment, Guti’s original stern face changed dramatically; without the slightest hesitation, he made the right choice.
He tossed the short-handed battle hammer into the air, two immense surging forces overflowed in an instant.
Boom—
It was an instantaneous collision, but in that moment, a massive purple and milky white column of light shot up from the Chief’s Mansion of the Thunder God Tribe, illuminating the entire sky and Thor Hammer Fort as well.
An incredibly fierce roar almost instantly woke up everyone in the fortress, and the next moment, an indescribable shockwave, centered at the Chief’s Mansion, emerged.
Acpanied by rolling thunder, it unleashed endless might.
The shockwave turned every living being and structure it touched to fly ash, the ground sunk into a spherical depression, and life itself was terrifying under the assault of this hellish abyssal energy, unable to withstand the bombardment.
Thunderous roars filled the air as massive cracks spread instantaneously.
Even though the force of the collision was mostly directed skyward, it still created a terrifying crater nearly a kilometer in diameter at the center of the massive fortress, at the heart of the Chief of the Thunder God Tribe’s residence.
Though this was just a small area within the fortress, the shock produced made the entire stronghold tremble.
The dazzling white and purple halo burst in the sky like the most splendid fireworks, bestowing daylight brightness upon the land.
It was fortunate that this was a city almost entirely constructed of stone; otherwise, the area affected by the shockwave would have been more than just a kilometer in radius.
Gradually, the rolling thunder receded, and everything around began to return to normal.
There wasn’t even any dust, and right in the center of the kilometer-wide pit, a body radiating deep purple light trembled violently—not from injury but from extreme rage.
Guti’s pajamas had long since turned to shreds, and even the thick gold fur on his body had mostly singed to black.
His lion-like hair stood on end, appearing somewhat grotesque, with only the short-handed battle hammer in his hand still flashing with streaks of lightning, releasing powerful energy fluctuations.
The mansion was gone, his Chief’s Mansion just vanished like that.
Along with all his wives and concubines, they were obliterated in that massive shockwave.
In this enormous crater, except for him, the only other lives struggling to rise were the four silvery-white figures.
The defensive power of the Silver Behemoth had allowed them to survive two collisions parable to Forbidden Curses.
But survival was all they could manage, for even with the mighty regenerative abilities of the Behemoth Beast, they were far from quickly regaining their bat strength.
“Who is it, who could it be?” Guti roared to the sky, the deep purple light surging upwards once again, filled with violence and madness.
But no matter how formidable his Ninth Rank Zi rank strength was, his opponent had vanished without a trace, not even leaving the slightest clue of their presence.
Guti knew clearly that his enemy had not been destroyed in the collision; on the contrary, it was the overconfident and placent himself who had suffered the loss in that instant of impact.
That was definitely not the power of Douqi; who knew better than him, a ninth rank Zi rank bat Master, at the top of his strength?
But neither should it be Magic, for this was Thor Hammer Fort!
Apart from the thunder element associated with Thor’s Hammer, no magic could be cast here, as a Mage’s spiritual power simply couldn’t stir any magic elements in this fortress devoid of magic.
Why, why did he feel fear towards that power?
What was it, exactly?
Guti was furious, even more so than when he had lost the Krypton Gold.
As the Chieftain of the Thunder God Tribe, the ruler of the Thor Hammer Fort, he had been ambushed in his own mansion; not only had the female slave brought to him been stolen, but he had even lost his residence and all his wives and concubines to the surprise attack.
This deep hatred had driven Guti somewhat insane.
“Ah—” Ye Yinzhu vomited another mouthful of fresh blood, lying on Zi’s broad back.
He only felt as if all of his meridians were about to burst, and his arms were still shaking violently, the intense numbness making his entire body tremble weakly.
As soon as the Blue Elf shouted that question, he knew something was wrong.
In the shortest time possible, he made the most accurate judgment.
Breaking through the wall to escape was obviously the most direct choice.
But he hadn’t anticipated that Guti would arrive so quickly and with such overwhelming strength.
Confronted by the formidable force field generated by Guti’s Ninth Rank Zi rank Douqi, Ye Yinzhu of the Sixth Rank Yellow Bamboo didn’t even have the strength to resist being drawn in.
By then, even if he had wanted to Summon Zi, it was already too late.
In a critical moment, the rich bat experience he had accumulated over these days saved his life.
As he was being pulled by the Douqi force field, Ye Yinzhu instantly gave up resistance and channelled all of his Douqi, guided by his spiritual power, into his arms.
The last time he faced the War Behemoth Glacis, it was purely with the energy of the two Gold Armor Forbidden Insects that he was able to plete those seven melodies.
Shan and Lei were undoubtedly still far from grown and didn’t even rank as rank seven Magical Beasts.
But as Gold Armor Forbidden Insects, their innate abilities remained.
Although they could not release three near-forbidden-curse Elemental Bullets like a true Gold Armor Forbidden Insect, they still had the power for one strike.
It was precisely with this single strike that even two Gold Behemoths had suffered a great deal.
After the Ice Ring was released, Shan and Lei entered a deep slumber, but they awoke quickly.
With the days of playing the Peiyuan Calm Heart Melody, not only did Ye Yinzhu and others benefit, but they also gained immense benefits, re-accumulating enough energy to wake up and experiencing a degree of growth.
They were two rank Ten Demon Beasts!
Even in their youth, they possessed the aura of rank Ten Magical Beasts.
Even Zi didn’t know why Shan and Lei’s released energy was of different gold and silver colors, but Ye Yinzhu, who had once entered their spiritual world, vaguely sensed that the bination of these two different energy types would lead to a massive increase in power, despite their strengths still being vastly insufficient.
