939: Chapter 299 Lord of Witch Gao Suba (Part 2) 939: Chapter 299 Lord of Witch Gao Suba (Part 2) In this realm, Ye Yinzhu and Little Dragon Lady had not even seen the existence of soil and water, everything around them was unfamiliar and icy cold.
The smell of blood and turbid air was nauseating.
Ye Yinzhu was certain that if ordinary humans breathed this air for a long time, their bodies would definitely undergo some transformations.
Controlling their bodies to stop descending, the two hid within the black mist and observed below.
Without needing Little Dragon Lady to point it out, Ye Yinzhu had also spotted the so-called trading ground in the central area of this territory.
There was a relatively open space enclosed with black rocks.
Abyssal Creatures were much fewer inside than outside, and the open space was vast, almost equivalent to the size of Milan Magic Martial Academy.
Some crudely stacked stone houses could even be seen there.
Around the open space, there were clearly some Abyssal Creatures guarding it, and the ordinary Abyssal Creatures stayed very far away from this area, at least a kilometer away, not daring to approach.
Ye Yinzhu passed the Life Storage Gem to Little Dragon Lady and quietly merged into the gemstone.
Before entering the gemstone, he joked, “Although this is not your body, do not let the Abyssal Creatures take advantage of you.
Otherwise, I won’t be able to explain it to the Divine Dragon King.”
“Stop talking nonsense,” Little Dragon Lady retorted with a glare.
Under Little Dragon Lady’s stern gaze, Ye Yinzhu, for the first time in his history, entered into his own Life Storage Gem.
Of course, there was also a butcher-like existence inside, the Two-headed Abomination.
As Ye Yinzhu disappeared, the black mist covering Little Dragon Lady’s body dispersed on its own.
She controlled her own body and floated down, only to be discovered by the Abyssal Creatures below when she was still a hundred meters from the ground.
Faint dark-red currents swirled around Little Dragon Lady’s body.
When those Abyssal Creatures guarding the trading ground sensed the Breath of Death she released through the Female Witch’s body, the cold gazes directed at her gradually disappeared, turning into somewhat surprised expressions.
Clearly, they were astonished to see this witch descending from the sky through levitation.
If, on Ryuzakinus Continent, the authority to speak is based on strength and power, then, in the Abyssal Plane, it is solely strength.
The might is right is truly the most valid rule here.
No Abyss Creatures dared to question or block her; their looks at Little Dragon Lady were filled more with fear.
Although the four nations in the Abyssal Plane have decreed that high-rank Abyss Beings shall not arbitrarily devour ordinary beings, if any ordinary Abyss Creatures dared to provoke a high-rank Abyss Being, they would not be protected.
Although the Female Witch’s offensive power was not strong, their supportive magic was extremely formidable.
Even though they could not cast many types of magic spells, each one was greatly feared by the Abyssal Creatures.
Otherwise, how could this witch have dared to attack the physically strong Two-headed Abomination before?
Coldly landing on the open ground, immediately more than ten unabashed gazes fell on Little Dragon Lady.
Those present within this trading ground were undoubtedly Abyssal Creatures with extraordinary intelligence, rightly deserving the title of high-rank Abyss Beings.
Among these high-rank Abyss Beings, most were Male Witches and Female Witches.
The expressions toward Little Dragon Lady were mostly marvelling; evidently, these male and female witches did not expect to see a witch falling from the sky.
Although the witch’s supportive magic was formidable, they had never seen one capable of flight.
Little Dragon Lady coldly glanced at the surrounding male and female witches, yet she stood still without moving.
The other witches beheld her with noticeably unfriendly expressions, clearly unsettled by the addition of a good-looking and somewhat magical panion.
This not only meant they would be disadvantaged in peting for partners, but also, the appearance of their own kind caused repulsion
In the devouring laws of the Abyssal Plane, devouring one’s own kind results in the most perfect evolution; thus, here, contrasting drastically with the Ryuzakinus Continent, the greater the kinship, the bigger the rift between them, and the more cautious their guard.
“Hello, I offer an Abomination that can be legally devoured in exchange for one of yours.” In the meantime, a tall male witch appeared before Little Dragon Lady.
Naturally, he spoke in the language of the Abyssal Plane.
This male witch was almost the same size as Ye Yinzhu and had a high degree of anthropomorphization.
He wore a gray-white robe and had gray hair, but his eyes emitted strong red lights, looking intently at Little Dragon Lady with clear interest.
What surprised Little Dragon Lady was that this male witch did not carry any unpleasant smell, and within his white hair, there were a few strands mixed with black, while his fiery red eyes had dual black-purple pupils.
High anthropomorphization, black-purple pupils, all indicated the male witch’s strength.
At least, after he appeared, the other male witches watching Little Dragon Lady immediately turned and walked away.
In this place where interests reigned supreme, impossibilities they would not even consider, to avoid inviting fatal disasters upon themselves.
Little Dragon Lady offered a cold smile and turned to walk away, pletely ignoring the male witch, heading toward a direction in the trading ground.
“Didn’t you hear what I said?” the male witch’s voice rose sharply, and in the blink of an eye, he blocked Little Dragon Lady’s path.
Little Dragon Lady looked at him indifferently, her already chillingly beautiful face making the quite handsome Male Witch unable to look away.
“Move aside, I’m not interested in you,” she said in standard Abyssal language.
“But I am interested in you.
Two legally devoured Abominations, that’s half a month’s rations for me.
Don’t try to provoke me,” the Male Witch said threateningly and enticingly.
“This is the Black Demon Country, not your Blue Witch Country,” Little Dragon Lady retorted, staring at the Male Witch before her.
The Male Witch was momentarily stunned, then said coldly, “What if this is the Black Demon Country?
Only the Male Witches of Blue Witch Country are worthy of your Black Demon Country’s Female Witches.
Don’t you see my status in Blue Witch Country?
I am a great witch under the Seventh Witch Lord.
As for you, you are merely a mon witch, at best an Abyssal Judge.”
Little Dragon Lady scoffed, “You must be new here.
As I said, this is the Black Demon Country, and you are not worthy to mate with me.”
Everyone has their limits, especially those accustomed to killing like Abyssal Creatures.
The great witch from Blue Witch Country was now angered.
He grabbed Little Dragon Lady’s shoulder as she tried to leave, his pupils flashing with a purplish-black glow.
Suddenly, four ghoul-like skeletons sprouted from the ground next to him and Little Dragon Lady.
Their skeletons were white, and though much weaker than the Ghoul Lord Ye Yinzhu had once seen, they were certainly capable of restraining a witch with low offensive power.
“She’s right.
This is the Black Demon Country, not yours.
Let her go,” a sinister voice suddenly said.
Then, a purplish-black hoop dropped from the sky, and as it passed, the four white ghouls instantly became scattered bones across the ground.
Another Male Witch appeared, different from the one holding Little Dragon Lady.
He looked much uglier with a sickly, sallow plexion and heavily wrinkled skin that made his face appear stiff and expressionless.
He wore a purple robe, the ends of which split like a swallowtail and slightly curled upwards, decorated with eerie, shimmering purple patterns.
Most striking were his eyes, pletely purple-black.
No foul smell emanated from him, only a chilling depth.
Seeing this Male Witch, the hand on Little Dragon Lady’s shoulder immediately let go.
The great witch from Blue Witch Country now looked embarrassed but still bowed respectfully to the newly arrived Male Witch, “Hello, respected Witch Lord.”
The Lord of Witch didn’t even glance at him and slowly walked up to Little Dragon Lady, speaking in his slightly odd voice, “Havanah, is the matter at the Burial Ground settled?” The place he referred to was the hill area with an exit channel.
Little Dragon Lady slowly nodded.
The Witch Lord then turned around to face the great witch, “Challenging the authority of the Black Demon Country was your biggest mistake.
You will pay the price for this.
She is my woman.
Did you think that two Abominations would impress my woman?
What about a great witch?”
“I, I didn’t mean to offend,” the great witch from Blue Witch Country exclaimed, instinctively stepping back.
The Witch Lord’s purplish-black eyes suddenly intensified, “The moment you summoned a ghoul at the trading ground, you offended the authority of the Black Demon Country.
Moreover, your words have insulted all the Male Witches of the Black Demon Country, violating the four-country covenant.
Hence, you can only bee food.”
A dark red halo unexpectedly surged from beneath the great witch, instantly freezing his body.
In the next moment, two huge Abominations emerged from the ground driven by an evil aura, and with his magic power restrained, the great witch didn’t even grunt before his neck was twisted by an Abomination.
