When Xiaoyun arrived back ho, he was a little surprised to see Leyan wasn’t ho. Yet, the babies were ho.

"M-Mommy was in the backyard!" Yongyi answered, pointing in the direction of the kitchen with his finger.
"She really left you all here alone... Thanks. I’ll be back with you guys soon."
As Xiaoyun headed over to the backyard, he was a little dumbfounded as no one was in sight. Not even a single trace as he walked down the garden.
"Hello? Leyan, you there?"
After walking through the entire garden, Xiaoyun made a full circle until he suddenly noticed sothing a little off about the backyard window.
A hint of transparency, the sa one he saw just a few hours earlier in Yueyue’s office.

Just as he was about to reach for the door handle, his hand imdiately turned to the right, grabbing what he perceived to be an invisible figure.

Xiaoyun’s jaw dropped in disbelief as the invisible object slowly lost its transparency, revealing itself to be a mysterious middle-aged woman.
"Honey, can you let go of ? It’s really awkward in this positioning." The middle-aged woman shyly whispered.
"You aren’t Leyan. Who are you? Why are you calling honey?" Xiaoyun questioned, refusing to let go as he was scared to lose track.
"I’m Leyan, what are you on about... Oh, right, let remove this face first."
As the middle-aged woman removed a layer of ’flesh’ off her face, the true look was finally revealed to him.
"Leyan, what the fuck? Were you the one who had been fucking around with ? Why are you following ?"
"First off, I’m not following you. That’s Kate’s job... Show yourself, no need to hide anymore."
Xiaoyun was a little confused by Leyan’s comnt until another transparent figure showed itself on the right.
It was no one other than the only redhead in the town, who stands out like an ostrich in a crowd of chickens.

Kate and Xiaoyun quickly followed Leyan back into the hallway. His face still looked a little annoyed as he felt he was being constantly tracked.
"So you two are going to explain why you don’t tell about this?" Xiaoyun questioned.
"We’re doing this for your sake... Tell , how many tis have you crossed paths with an assassin recently?"
After thinking about it for a while, he began to realize Leyan’s point. He hasn’t encountered that kind of event for way longer than normal.
"Only an invisible figure can protect you without being targeted. It helps Kate from being hurt too." Leyan answered.
"I guess... But that doesn’t explain why you guys didn’t tell about this beforehand."
Both Kate and Leyan looked at each other for a second before turning back to Xiaoyun.
"Do you think it will work as effectively if you know about it?" Kate questioned.
Xiaoyun fell into silence. He knows the two of them have a point. But he still doesn’t like how he was kept in the dark.
"You know what? That’s it. You two and Yueyue have a lot of explaining to do. I’m tired of you three hiding——"
"Honey. I’m really sorry for tracking you. I should have been honest with you and told you about it upfront."
As Leyan moved closer and closer, her hand reached down all the way to his crotch as she continued apologizing to him.
"Is there anything I can do to earn your forgiveness? Kate and I are willing to do anything to earn it."

"Kate, don’t be scared. We have this invisible cloak in our hands. They won’t notice us if we just do it here."
Seeing Leyan’s body start to beco transparent, Kate rolled her eyes as she noticed a massive tent that had ford underneath Xiaoyun’s pants.
"Fine... What are you waiting for?"
With Kate turning invisible as well, only Xiaoyun remained visible, standing in the hallway in silence.
"You two aren’t just getting away this easily. You two are coming with ." Xiaoyun murmured as his hand reached over to the side.
"Ah!"
Both girls yelled out in surprise as he began walking out of the hallway, his hand seemingly firmly gripping the air.
"Daddy! What was that sound?" Yongyi curiously asked as the three of them ran over to the kitchen to et Xiaoyun.
"Just a TV show... Careful, you three shouldn’t run this fast, you might trip over the ground."
"Daddy, daddy! Where’s mommy?" Lianrong asked as they walked back into the living room.
"She went grocery shopping. You three keep behaving at ho, okay?"
"Okay!"
As Xiaoyun took a seat on the sofa and watched the kids from above, the sofa cushion on his left and right could be seen with an inward dent.
"Ti to watch so TV. What do you three kids want to watch?" Xiaoyun suddenly asked as he moved his hand over to the remote.
"T-The cat!" Lianrong responded first in excitent.
"N-No. The mouse." Qiaolan responded with a much quieter tone.
"Daddy, c-can you play T-Tom a-and..."
"Tom and Jerry, right?"
Yongyi quickly nodded his head, but Xiaoyun didn’t agree to it right away as he selected the video with a pause.
"If you three can repeat after , I’ll let you guys watch Tom and Jerry for twenty minutes."
Seeing all three of the kids nodding their heads in unison, Xiaoyun said out his line for them to repeat.
"Can we watch Tom and Jenny?"
"C-Can W-We watch Tonk and Jenny?" The three of them responded with various levels of success.
"Jerry, not Jenny."
"J-Jerry."
"Now say the whole sentence again..."
After a few more attempts at fixing their speech, they eventually got close enough as Xiaoyun unpause the video.
"Yay!"
As the TV began to play, all three of the kids’ attention was instantly hooked onto the video as Jerry the mouse appeared on the screen.
Even the three babies in the crib were hooked, as Tom the cat appeared with crazy sound effects.
"Perfect... Now we can begin the punishnt."
Xiaoyun murmured to himself as all six of the babies now looked way too distracted to turn around and look towards him.
