Black Vulture will loot the innocent people living in their residence, which is still intact even after the zombie attack, and use that capital to build a base of their own.
They will do a sh*tty job at first. But due to the existence of many fighters in Black Vulture, it will beco one of the most secure bases.
Many of the refugees will enter Black Vulture, and with their food and other belongings like crystals, gold, etc, the Black Vultures secured a few deals and eventually improved the base’s condition.
Yet in secret, they carried out a racket of human trafficking of young girls and young n and even used many of their own citizens as test subjects.
Such a type of base would be better destroyed from the root. Who would have thought that soone from the base was supporting the Black Vultures? When Ivy got the news, she was stunned and even wondered if she was hearing things correctly.
In her previous life, the military base and Black Vulture’s base were on completely different sides and fought many tis. Each ti, many of the citizens would have to contribute 1000 crystals as a paynt for protection during war.
