Ariana’s expression changed instantly.

Fear.

For the first ti, genuine fear flickered across her face.

She stepped back instinctively, her gaze darting between Ferrero and the motionless Roma. Neither of them had been helped. Neither of them had been saved.

And both... were falling.

’This isn’t normal... this shouldn’t be happening...’

She didn’t even attempt to help Ferrero.

Instead, she retreated further, her survival instincts screaming at her.

If both Roma and Ferrero had ended up like this, then staying here any longer would only lead to the sa fate.

Her eyes locked onto Ivy one last ti, filled with cold hatred. "I’ll rember this," she said sharply. "I’ll make you regret it."

With that, she turned and vanished into the darkness of the cave, her figure disappearing almost instantly.

Ivy watched her go, her fingers twitching slightly.

’I should chase her... finish it now...’

But the dizziness hit her again like a heavy wave, forcing her to remain still.

She exhaled slowly.

’Not now...’

Even though Roma and Ferrero had been dealt with, and two superior beings were already captured, a lingering unease remained in her chest.

’None of them can be allowed to stay on Earth... not a single one,’ she thought firmly.

Gritting her teeth, she forced herself up, ignoring the residual shocks from the cage as she stepped forward and pushed against it again.

This ti, despite the faint sting running through her body, she endured it, forcing the barrier open.

One by one, the others began to step out as well, their movents slow and cautious.

But the mont Ivy took a few steps forward... her vision spun.

When she opened her eyes again, the world felt distant and heavy.

Two hours had passed.

The cave was quieter now. Her teammates sat or stood nearby, their expressions reflecting relief.

She pushed herself up slowly, massaging her temples as a dull ache pulsed through her head.

"Are you okay?" Scarlett’s voice ca gently from the side.

Ivy turned toward her, offering a faint smile. "I’m fine."

In truth, everything that had happened... had been possible because of Scarlett.

Scarlett possessed a rare ability: she could manipulate size.

Before they went near the abandoned factory, Ivy had already planned ahead. She had pulled Scarlett aside and entrusted her with a critical task.

Inject milk into Roma and Ferrero.

It sounded absurd.

But it was the only way.

After extensive preparation, Ivy had arranged a container holding nearly a ton of milk.

Scarlett then used her ability to compress it, shrinking the entire volu into sothing no bigger than a tiny, invisible capsule.

She had reduced herself as well, becoming so small that she was practically undetectable.

Ivy had then placed Scarlett into her temporal storage, waiting patiently for the right mont.

And that mont had co.

When Ivy threw the stone earlier, it hadn’t just been a distraction.

Hidden within it was a protective casing.

Inside that casing, Scarlett.

The mont the stone hit the ground, Scarlett had slipped out, fueled by a special stimulant that temporarily boosted her speed.

Moving faster than the eye could perceive, she had reached Roma without being noticed.

Using a tiny tube, she had injected the milk directly into Roma’s body.

The itch. The reaction.

Everything had started from that mont.

Then, without pausing, Scarlett had repeated the sa process on Ferrero, slipping through the chaos unnoticed, thanks to Ivy keeping all their attention locked on herself.

Scarlett now looked at Ivy with quiet admiration. "That plan..." she murmured. "No one could have pulled it off the way you did."

Ivy didn’t respond imdiately.

Because she knew... this had never been a simple plan.

From the mont they had entered the cave, she and Martha had already sensed sothing wrong.

But instead of reacting, they chose to play along.

They pretended to be fooled.

They pretended to fall into the trap.

Even when the cage dropped, they acted helpless on purpose, to lower their enemies’ guard.

The only flaw... Felix.

Unlike the others, he had believed it was a genuine attack and reacted instinctively.

His attempt to fight back had cost him, leaving his shoulder fractured.

When Ivy checked on him earlier, she had frowned and taken out a healing orb from Alana, pressing it gently against his shoulder.

The bone had nded quickly, the damage reversing before their eyes.

Even now, Felix remained unconscious, his breathing steady but deep.

Ivy exhaled softly before turning her attention back to the present.

Without hesitation, she stored both Roma and Ferrero in her temporal storage, ensuring they were secured.

Then she looked at her team.

Her expression hardened.

"This isn’t over," she said firmly. "There’s still one more superior being left."

Her eyes narrowed slightly, determination burning within them.

"Find her," she added. "Only then... will we truly be safe."

When Ivy finished speaking, a quiet stillness settled over the group.

’Tracing that Ariana is close to impossible now,’ Martha thought silently, her shoulders finally loosening.

"Ivy, we should drop this matter for the ti being. That superior being is all alone and won’t be able to make much harm," Martha suggested softly.

Ivy pursed her lips and was about to argue when she saw the exhausted look on her teammates and agreed to take a rest.

Due to constant traveling and tracking, they hardly ate anything.

The next second, she raised her hand, and a faint ripple distorted the air around them. In the blink of an eye, everyone was pulled into the temporal storage.

By now, she had found a reasonable excuse and had said that she had awakened a paradise superpower.

A paradise superpower could allow a person to create their own small island-like place.

Hence, no one thought that it was strange. Though they were all a bit envious, that was it.

At the center of that space stood the captured superior beings.

Siya and Paris.

They were not bound by ropes or chains, yet neither of them could move freely.

Both glared at Ivy, their eyes filled with hostility, but their mouths remained sealed shut, as though an invisible force had glued them closed.
