"Yingying," Xiao Manxuan rubbed her eyes, groggily waking up. Only when she saw that Lin Tian was still by her side did she fully co to her senses. She said with a hint of embarrassnt, "You jerk, how long have I been sleeping?"
"The sun has set, and it’s almost seven o’clock. Also, you can’t call a jerk outside. If your sister or mother heard it, they might think I’m bullying you," Lin Tian helplessly corrected her.
The little girl lowered her head, her mouth moving silently: "You clearly bullied and won’t even admit it."

Xiao Manxuan raised her head and gave a sly smile, "Fine, I won’t call you a jerk outside, but I can’t guarantee I won’t when we are alone. That’s what you said, you didn’t say I couldn’t call you that at all."
Is that how it’s going to be? Lin Tian was completely defeated by her, internally crying out in frustration. Even from a distance, Lin Tian guessed that this beautiful lady must be Xiao Manxuan’s mother. Although a mother and daughter, Mrs. Xiao didn’t look like a woman who had two daughters; she was very well-maintained, with soft, glowing skin and a curvaceous figure that exuded charm.

"Xuanxuan, you cannot be rude. You, you never change this impetuous behavior," Mrs. Xiao chided, tapping Xiao Manxuan’s forehead with her finger, but her tone was filled with complete affection. To Lin Tian’s surprise, Xiao Manxuan obediently closed her mouth, showcasing a demure side contrary to her usual feisty nature.
Indeed, it was each to their own match. Lin Tian didn’t linger anymore and quickly descended the stairs.
"Mrs. Xiao, hello, I am Lin Tian." Lin Tian approached the two, nodded slightly, and introduced himself, pretending not to notice Xiao Manxuan making faces beside him.
"Please have a seat, Mr. Lin, make yourself at ho, no need to be formal," Mrs. Xiao said with a nod, her smile warm and welcoming.

The dishes on the table were not as exotic and luxurious as Lin Tian had imagined, but rather light and healthy. It appeared that Mrs. Xiao and her daughter’s excellent complexion was due in no small part to good dietary habits.

Having not eaten all day, Xiao Manxuan wolfed down her food as soon as she sat down, with none of the composure expected from a lady of her stature. Mrs. Xiao didn’t stop Xiao Manxuan but instead urged Lin Tian to eat more, while she herself ate slowly and deliberately. The atmosphere during the al was pleasant, and having not dined with family for a long ti, Lin Tian felt sowhat intoxicated by the experience.
"Xiao Tian, young people need to eat more as they grow," Mrs. Xiao urged, setting down her bowl and lightly twisting her neck, pressing her back with a hand, her face showing a pained expression.
"Is Mrs. Xiao not feeling well?" Lin Tian noticed that her pain seed quite significant and tentatively asked.
"It’s an old ailnt, a condition in the shoulder from working at a desk for long periods," Mrs. Xiao said with a slight frown, the pain unrelenting.
Xiao Manxuan quickly set down her bowl, took hold of Mrs. Xiao’s arm with concern, and said, "Mom, does it hurt a lot? My sister said you sotis can’t sleep because of the pain. Lin Tian, can you help my mom? She’s been working so hard." She looked on the verge of tears.
In her urgency, Xiao Manxuan didn’t care whether Lin Tian was a doctor or not; she acted as if Lin Tian could do anything. Mrs. Xiao, amused and exasperated by her daughter’s anxious deanor, doubted what a young man could know about an ailnt that even doctors couldn’t treat.
With a flicker in his gaze, Lin Tian scanned Mrs. Xiao, his X-ray vision penetrating to the deep muscle and ridian layers of her body. He had to exert significant willpower to restrain the little devil within him from using the X-ray vision on Mrs. Xiao’s graceful figure.
Instead, he directly scrutinized her muscles and ridians. The flow of blood and Qi within Mrs. Xiao followed the ridian pathways, but it slowed considerably around the shoulder area. Had Lin Tian not possessed the ability to see through things, accurately locating the affected areas, even his grandfather’s unique massage techniques could not have eradicated Mrs. Xiao’s pain. Now certain of what to do, Lin Tian withdrew his gaze and said to Mrs. Xiao, "Mrs. Xiao, I can help you cure this ailnt completely."
"You?" Mrs. Xiao was montarily taken aback, while Xiao Manxuan’s face lit up with joy; she had sought help in desperation, not expecting that Lin Tian could actually heal her mother.
