On receiving the order, the two n in black opened the door and made a gesture of invitation. Lin Tian nodded and walked inside. Facing the entrance stood a screen, and behind it was just one middle-aged man.
The middle-aged man wore a black Tang suit, with gold embroidery on the collar and cuffs, exuding an air of dignity amidst his composure. At this mont, he was slightly frowning, playing with a jade bottle, which was precisely the one Lin Tian had instructed Shen Danxi to bring.
Upon hearing footsteps, the middle-aged man looked up. Seeing soone entirely clad in black with a mask, his gaze montarily froze but quickly shifted to a smile.

Ling Taoran’s expression remained unchanged, as if he had expected Lin Tian’s response. He raised the jade bottle in his hand and asked seriously, "May I ask if this elixir was crafted by you or acquired from soone else?"
Indeed, the elixir Lin Tian had Shen Danxi deliver was the one he had crafted at the Yun Family—the Shaoyang Pill. Besides giving one each to the Xiao sisters and handing one out at Holy Spirit Town, he had plenty left. He always carried them, but they hadn’t been of use until now.
