Although they always claid to be a noble race, Lin Tian felt nothing but brutality emanating from them.
Being a zombie himself, Lin Tian never claid any nobility, he thought. Humans also have their mighty, and zombies have their lesser ones.
"You’re not zombies!" Lin Tian ca to this realization and concluded with a sneer, "Although I don’t know why you have these abilities, you’re just a bunch of hybrids, simply put, mongrels."
The redness in the eyes of the three individuals was suspicious; it was the kind of redness that cos from extre congestion. A real red-eye zombie was more advanced than Lin Tian. He had seen such red-eyed zombies before, born naturally that way, like the female zombie.
"Mongrels? Insignificant human, you will bear the wrath of a noble race!" Nan Jujun’s dark red eyes glared intensely at Lin Tian, growling ominously.
"Ha, ha, what do you think you are, tonight I’m going to let you know what real zombies are like!" Lin Tian looked disdainfully at the few mismatched Japanese, and sneered.
"Breathe..."
Lin Tian breathed in and out towards the moon above, and imdiately, the moonlight reacted, eagerly rushing into his mouth.
"Roar..."
A deep roar erged from Lin Tian’s mouth, the strange sound waves spreading outward in an unusual rhythm, causing the nearby walls to peel off layers of plaster, and the trees to shiver, leaves fluttering down.
Lin Tian’s eyes were replaced with a daunting blue glow, and a pair of zombie teeth grew in his mouth. A uniquely cold zombie aura spread, making the three Japanese shiver uncontrollably.
He now seed like a different person, both in appearance and spirit, with several traces of black dust on his face, hardly recognizable even to those who knew him well.
But the three Japanese knew that this awe-inspiring zombie was the sa young man they had been looking down upon just monts before, as if slapping them hard across their faces.
However, the Japanese had the thickest and most shaless skin.
Nan Jujun’s eyes showed a hint of greed, and he said in a deep voice, "A real zombie, by eating you, we too will evolve, and we will be the noblest race!"
"I’ll show you how far a real zombie is from a mixed breed!" Lin Tian stuck out his tongue, licked his zombie teeth, and smirked wickedly.
He took a step forward, and to Nan Jujun’s eyes, Lin Tian vanished after that step.
"Look here, your zombie grandpa is right here!" Lin Tian suddenly appeared behind Nan Jujun, hitting him on the shoulder with a single palm, as if swatting a fly.
Like a hamr driving a stake, Nan Jujun was like a wooden stake, hamred straight into the ground by Lin Tian, leaving only his head exposed.
Lin Tian raised his foot and stomped hard, burying Nan Jujun completely into the earth.
"Ah..." Gui Tian Guang and the other Japanese reacted, let out a scream, and both charged to attack Lin Tian, their exposed zombie teeth gaping as if to tear Lin Tian into pieces.
"Damn, your zombie teeth are really fucking ugly; watch as I break them off!" Lin Tian dashed faster towards Gui Tian Guang and smacked a punch into his chest.
Gui Tian Guang’s chest collapsed under the massive force of the blow, sending him backwards to crash onto a slope where he finally ca to a stop, his entire body sinking into the soil, following in the footsteps of Nan Jujun.
The last remaining Japanese attempted to sneak up behind Lin Tian and crush his skull with a punch.
However, Lin Tian simply dodged to the side to avoid the attack and instantly grabbed the attacker’s hand, followed by a vicious overhead throw that slamd the Japanese into the ground with a resounding boom.
He stomped down again, and as the Japanese arched back, mouth gaping open, Lin Tian swiftly reached out with both hands, grabbed the zombie’s fangs, and yanked them out forcefully.
"Ah..." The Japanese scread miserably as Lin Tian pulled out the two long zombie fangs.
Holding the sharp fangs, Lin Tian smashed them violently into the Japanese man’s head and heart. The fangs pierced in and out instantly, leaving two bloody holes.
The bloody hole at the heart spouted jets of scarlet blood like a high-pressure water gun. Lin Tian quickly jumped back to evade; though he was a zombie himself, he had no interest in this modified blood.
The surge of blood didn’t last long before the skin on the Japanese man’s body started turning red and swelling, identical to the first man who had self-destructed.
Damn, if they can’t win, they self-destruct. Have they no sense of public decency? Lin Tian dashed forward and kicked him away; the man flew sideways into a building.
Seconds later, a loud "boom" sounded as the dilapidated building couldn’t withstand the force of the Japanese man’s self-destruction and instantly collapsed, bricks flying everywhere, kicking up a cloud of dust under the moonlight.
Then "bang, bang," two more sounds made Lin Tian think that Gui Tian Guang and Nan Jujun had self-destructed as well, but when he turned his head, he saw both individuals bursting up from the ground and without pausing, fleeing up the hillside.
Good God, aren’t you supposed to be a noble race? Why run like cowards? Lin Tian inwardly scorned the two, considering them useless even as zombies, and re creations of their so-called master.
However, those few potions they carried might be of so research value. I’d like to see what exactly they are, Lin Tian thought as he swiftly gave chase.
At this mont, the direction in which Nan Jujun and Gui Tian Guang were fleeing was the exact opposite of the direction the two Japanese won had taken. Perhaps knowing they were no match, they didn’t dare to return to their master and were quite quick in their escape.
Three figures darted under the moonlight, crossing the low hill to reach a flat wasteland covered in low shrubs.
Although Nan Jujun and Gui Tian Guang were moving swiftly, so fast that an ordinary person could only see a blur of shadows, Lin Tian was faster still. Just as he was about to catch up, sothing unexpected happened.
Nan Jujun and Gui Tian Guang seed to have slamd into sothing, getting violently bounced back and falling onto the grass. At the spot where they had collided, a ripple appeared, like those on water, resembling an invisible wall.
The ripple quickly spread upward, downward, left, and right, then blinked out of existence, leaving calm in its wake as if nothing had ever occurred.
Lin Tian stopped chasing and stood nearby, watching this baffling scene with confusion.
What the hell was that, they encountered a ghost wall? But given their appearance, even ghosts would take detours around them, Lin Tian thought, puzzled.
In the empty wilderness, they had been blocked by a transparent air wall. Aside from hitting a ghost wall, there seed to be no other explanation.
