Ning Luoxi and the Heavenly Master Girl were stunned, clearly not expecting such foul language to co from soone who looked so handso and suave.

Even though they spoke Japanese, Lin Tian’s smart bracelet had a translator, so he could clearly understand their conversation.

"Mr. Ito, we brought back three safes and still can’t open them; the boss is going to be furious," a woman’s voice spoke first.

"Let him be furious! We risk our lives doing missions upfront, don’t even get rewards, and then they curse us on top of that. We’re not experts in cracking safes; how is that our problem?" the man angrily responded, presumably the Mr. Ito ntioned earlier.

"Shush, Mr. Ito, keep your voice down. If he hears this, you’ll be begging for life but wishing for death," another man whispered quietly.

"Yeah, another team was sent to assassinate a family recently, but they ssed up and let a kid escape. Their leader was punished with Gu and suffered for an entire day," another woman’s voice chid in.

It seed that the "him" they were talking about had a formidable deterrent effect; after these few remarks, they all kept silent, no longer daring to discuss further.

"Soone’s coming out. Should we hide?" the Heavenly Master Girl suggested.

"It’s them who should be hiding. They’re practically walking into the muzzle of my gun," Lin Tian chuckled coldly.

So he just stood there on the stairs, waiting for the people inside to erge. The Heavenly Master Girl wasn’t the type to shy away from confrontation—she wouldn’t have tracked down this place alone otherwise. Her previous comnt was rely a suggestion.

As the sound of footsteps neared, the two n and two won finally appeared. Each wore a black samurai suit with a masked face, making it impossible to see who they were. Each had two Japanese swords, one long and one short, hanging at their waist, their outfits resembling that of ninjas.

They stopped in their tracks upon seeing Lin Tian and his companions, evidently surprised to encounter strangers here.

"Who are you?" asked a Female Ninja, frowning as she demanded answers in her own territory.

They needed to verify their identities, just in case they were higher-ups sent from above. Being re ninjas, ordinary visitors were not soone they could afford to offend.

"Want to know who we are? Go ask King Yanluo; maybe he’d know," Lin Tian said coldly.

"You..." One male ninja was baffled, seemingly amazed that soone dared to cause trouble here.

"Capture them!" he gestured, signaling the three others to surround Lin Tian.

But as soon as he finished speaking, he felt a pain at the back of his head and then a dizzying swirl before collapsing.

Lin Tian had already appeared behind the ninja. The other three ninjas looked shocked, unable to see the movents clearly; their comrade had already fallen.

As they opened their mouths to call for help, they t the sa fate. Lin Tian gave them each a smack on the back of the head, knocking them all out cold.

"How do you want to deal with them?" the Heavenly Master Girl asked.

"Kill the n. As for the won... that’s up to you," Lin Tian replied coldly. He was initially going to say kill the won too, but considering there were two beauties present, he let them decide.

"However, I need to make sothing clear. We need to change into their ninja outfits and go see what kind of people are inside. Can’t let the Gu Cultivator and that Onmyoji get away," Lin Tian added.

It was fortunate there were two female ninjas; otherwise, Ning Luoxi and the Heavenly Master Girl would never agree to wear n’s ninja outfits.

Not caring what they thought, Lin Tian grabbed the two male ninjas and dragged them to a secluded corner, removed one of the ninja’s garb, and wore it himself.
