Ning Luoxi, upon hearing this, was also sowhat tempted, especially as the Heavenly Master Girl. Guizhong Yilang was an Onmyoji; perhaps he possessed a unique Daoist manual from Huaxia or a handwritten notebook of an Onmyoji.
Guizhong Yilang had comprehended Guizhong Mingsi’s Barrier Prison, and was able to create his own new barrier, which showed that his abilities were comndable. His Daoist manual would be useful to anyone who practiced Daoist magic.
However, all of this was predicated on the ability to find the entrance to the basent level. Recalling the direction from which Guizhong Yilang had appeared, Lin Tian was fairly certain that the entrance was inside the shrine rather than outside on the stone steps or on so mountain wall.
Moreover, the Demon Blade was placed in the main hall of the shrine, so the first place Lin Tian thought of was that hall. Accompanied by the three won, he returned to the main hall, which was still a ss outside, showing signs of battle everywhere.
"Lin Tian, was this iron cage cut by the Demon Blade? I think the material of the cage is even tougher than the alloy of a safe," Ning Luoxi asked, noticing the iron cage on the ground and the broken gap.

Lin Tian well understood the human psyche; although Guizhong Yilang had put the Demon Blade in the main hall because he was waiting for soone destined to unseal it, given the blade’s value, he subconsciously wanted to keep it close to himself. The best location for the basent level exit was indeed right there.
He now saw through x-ray that the entrance was indeed beneath the base of the statue.
"Lin Tian, what are you standing there for? Hurry up and co search with us," the Heavenly Master Girl called from the door, thinking Lin Tian was spacing out, and urged him on.
"Oh, coming," Lin Tian responded and hurried over, but in his mind, he was thinking about how to guide them to check under the base of the statue.
He couldn’t just run over and tell them that the entrance was under the statue’s base—that would certainly raise suspicions.
"What do you think, could the entrance be inside the temple?" Lin Tian purposefully asked, hoping to verbally steer them towards noticing the base.
"Brother Lin, I think there’s a good chance. The Demon Blade has always been kept here; I have a hunch that the entrance must be in the temple," Kikuchi Mika said.
Damn, a woman’s intuition is too terrifying, she guessed right on her first try; Lin Tian marveled once again at the fearso intuition of won.
The Heavenly Master Girl continued, "Given the structure’s limitations, if the entrance is in the shrine, it must be sowhere under the floor or within the walls. However, I observed the walls of the temple when I entered. They are very thick, but definitely don’t have enough space to fit an underground entrance."
"That pretty much rules out the walls, but there’s another place that’s also likely—the base of the statue is high and wide, and very suitable for hiding an entrance. If we start searching, I suggest we start there," the Heavenly Master Girl suggested.
Lin Tian was again taken aback—what kind of won are around ? Their logic, their analysis, absolutely brilliant, guessing almost correctly in just a few words!
Such won with beauty, wisdom, and martial prowess—who could ta them in the future? No man could, wouldn’t they end up alone for life? Should I take the trouble to conquer her, Lin Tian thought narcissistically.
A zombie coupling with a Heavenly Master would definitely make an unprecedented tale.
Lin Tian shook his head, dismissing these bizarre thoughts, and said, "No need to guess anymore, let’s just go and smash it to find out."
The base was square and built with granite slabs. Ignoring the hardness of the granite, Lin Tian punched the side of the base,
with a loud "boom," the granite slabs shattered, but rather than flying outward, the fragnts collapsed inward.
"Hahaha, there really is sothing mysterious within!" Lin Tian laughed excitedly on purpose, though he had known all along; he was just putting on an act.
The power of his punch was not small. The slabs on the front of the base all collapsed inward, revealing a spacious area inside. It wasn’t dark; faint light dimly shone from below.
Finding the entrance so easily made Ning Luoxi and the other two ladies very happy.
"I’ll take the lead, Beautiful Sky Master second, Lady Kikuchi third, and Luoxi last," Lin Tian arranged without unnecessary chatter.
The most dangerous position was at the front. As the only man among the four, Lin Tian naturally took the lead. Moreover, he was confident that even in the event of an ergency, he could hold his own to prevent any harm to the others.
Kikuchi Mika had no ability to protect herself, so it was most appropriate to have her in the middle. The three won had no objections and nodded, indicating they were ready.

The passage was very long. Lin Tian estimated that when he reached the bottom, the vertical distance was about thirty ters, comparable to the height of a ten-story building.
"The construction of this underground space must have consud a huge amount of manpower and resources back in the day," Lin Tian remarked sowhat emotionally.
"Yin Yang Dao excels in using Shishen, and Shishen are perfect for this kind of rough work, probably even more useful than our modern tools," the Heavenly Master Girl responded.
"That’s true," Lin Tian nodded.
At the bottom of the stone stairs was a straight corridor that extended for about ten ters before turning a corner. Lin Tian quickened his pace to the corner, and as he turned, the area ahead opened up vastly, no longer a corridor but a wide space.
Upon seeing this space, Lin Tian was stunned.
The entire space was several ters high, and the floor area was more than ten tis that of the temple above. The space retained the natural rock formations with uneven rock walls around, but this was not the reason for Lin Tian’s shock.
What was shocking was that on the rock walls around, there were densely packed caves, and within each cave, there lay a dark coffin!
