"Mo Mingda, disregarding the life and death of your family mbers, stealing and hiding the elixirs, and trying to fra others, your moral degradation is extrely serious. You have caused a huge negative impact, tarnishing the Yun Family’s image..." Second Young Master Yun read out Mo Mingda’s charges.

With each charge, Mo Mingda trembled, arousing more anger among the Yun Family mbers. Though intrigue existed among them, whether overtly or covertly, everyone maintained a certain bottom line. Mo Mingda’s disregard for his elders’ lives was akin to murder.

"According to the Yun Family’s rules, clauses nine, twelve, and fifteen, we shall implent the family law: break one leg, expel you from the Yun Family, and you shall not step into the Yun Family’s premises for life. You shall not claim to be a mber of the Yun Family outside. Mo Cong receives the sa punishnt. This is effective imdiately, and it’s to be executed at once!" Second Young Master Yun announced coldly, so coldly that the other Yun Family disciples felt chills down their spines.

Lin Tian was sowhat surprised. He didn’t expect the Yun Family’s punishnt to be so severe. In modern society, breaking a leg as punishnt is inconceivable to most people.

However, Lin Tian did not sympathize with him. Mo Mingda had repeatedly provoked him. If it weren’t for Yun Hongxi, Lin Tian would have destroyed him long ago based on his past actions.

It wouldn’t have been as simple as breaking a leg. Although it sounds terrifying, with current dical science, he could recover in three to five months without aftereffects. If Lin Tian had personally dealt with him, he would have crippled sothing on his body, leaving him with a lifelong reminder that not everyone can be provoked.

"Second Young Master, I know I was wrong. Please don’t expel from the Yun Family; don’t make leave. I’m willing to break both legs to atone!" Mo Mingda cried out miserably, tears and snot mingling.

Being expelled from the Yun Family isn’t as simple as being transferred to work externally. Once expelled, you are no longer part of the Yun Family. Compared to this outco, breaking a leg seed insignificant.

Traditionally, expulsion from the household or expulsion from apprenticeship ranks just below expulsion from the clan. Unless a significant wrongdoing is committed, such punishnt is rarely enforced.

"I don’t think you realize your mistakes at all. If you hadn’t slipped up yourself, would you still be secretly prideful? Would you be here pretending to be pitiful, admitting your mistakes? A person as disloyal, unfilial, immoral, and unjust as you has no right to remain in the Yun Family!" Second Young Master Yun said rcilessly, living up to his role as the enforcer of Yun Family law.

Seeing no result in pleading with Second Young Master Yun, Mo Mingda knelt before Yun Hongxi, crying, "Master, I know I was wrong. I’m willing to accept any punishnt, as long as you don’t expel from the Yun Family."

"If you knew it would co to this, why did you start? You reap what you sow," Yun Hongxi rely said.

Once a noble child, now fallen to ordinary status, he beca a complete commoner. For soone accustod to noble life, this result was worse than death.

Mo Mingda looked around at everyone in the Yun Family, receiving only disdainful and sympathetic glances. But before today, he was a shining star in the Yun Family, a beacon of hope for the elders. Unfortunately, all this glory is destined to fade away.

The more Mo Mingda pondered, the heavier his heart grew. Hatred gradually filled him, turning his despair into cold insanity as he glanced back at each mber of the Yun Family, including Lin Tian.

Everyone felt Mo Mingda’s hatred and madness. People struck by significant blows often navigate one of three paths.

One is total despair and never recovering. Another is to bounce back and rise again, and the last is to take an extre path of revenge, crazy revenge. Mo Mingda had already taken the extre path.

"It’s your doing! All of you! I will rember today’s humiliation. I won’t let any of you have peace! Especially you, Lin Tian, I will have my revenge on you and everyone around you, your parents, your siblings, your friends, and I’ll give special attention to your won... hahaha..."

Mo Mingda shouted in extre madness, his face filled with frenzy. Even the Yun Family felt a chill in their hearts at his words. Such a person was too dangerous, too extre.

"You scoundrel!" Yun Hongxi slamd the table, his face icy and stern. Mo Mingda had thoroughly angered Yun Hongxi, infuriating the head of the Yun Family.

"Mo Mingda, if you dare touch Yun Tian, or anyone in the Yun Family, I will make you disappear from this world!" Yun Hongxi said coldly.

Though he sat in a wheelchair, everyone felt the aura emanating from this old man. It was an aura the young disciples of the Yun Family had never experienced, causing even the frenzied Mo Mingda to tremble.

Lin Tian gave Mo Mingda a bland look, then lowered the hand he had raised.

"Take him away, execute the family law!" Second Young Master Yun roared.

A few bodyguards dragged Mo Mingda out, as if he were a dead pig, pulling him outside. A few minutes later, a piercing scream ca from outside, making all the young disciples turn pale because they knew Mo Mingda’s leg was broken.

The hall remained silent for a long ti until Yun Hongxi spoke: "Today, misfortune struck our family with a rebellious son. We’ve used family law as punishnt to serve as a warning. Should anyone repeat the sa mistake, the punishnt will be doubled!"

Yun Hongxi’s stern words echoed in the hall, prompting the younger generation to respond promptly, nodding in understanding.

"Alright, disperse," Yun Hongxi said expressionlessly, waving his hand.

The younger generation saluted Yun Hongxi one by one and exited the hall. Subsequently, the middle generation and Second Young Master Yun’s old companions, shaking their heads, also left Yunhe Hall. A single elixir had revealed a person’s true colors, leaving them uneasy.

A few minutes later, the hall was left with only three generations of the Yun Family, along with Wang Wanxi, Lin Tian, and Zi Yan and her apprentice.

"Xiao Tian, I apologize for letting you witness such a matter in the Yun Family. Don’t take Mo Mingda’s threats to heart. I won’t let him have his way," Yun Hongxi said with so guilt.

"Discovering it sooner is not a bad thing for the Yun Family. Better than having a ticking ti bomb buried within, which might explode and harm innocent people soday," Lin Tian said indifferently.

"You’re right..." Yun Hongxi sighed. After such events, everyone’s spirits were low. After so polite conversation, the Yun Family mbers left.

"Lin Tian, it was fortunate you exposed Mo Mingda in ti. Otherwise, if he sabotaged you at a critical ti in your alchemy, the consequences would be unimaginable," Jiang Xiu Ying said.

"I thought the sa; Mo Mingda is too extre, too radical," Lin Tian said.

"Well, now that the matter is resolved, rest well and prepare for the next step in your alchemy," Jiang Xiu Ying reassured Lin Tian, and left with Zi Yan.

Soon, Lin Tian was the only one left in Yunhe Hall. Expressionless, he took out his phone and dialed a number.
