Qin Youxuan lifted her head and deposited a kiss on his chin.
The sweet murmur of “husband” deepened the man’s gaze, he grasped her waist and pulled her back into his embrace.
“You’re still holding the baby!”
Qin Youxuan’s eyes flicked to their son, whose large eyes were wide open in alarm, almost tumbling off the sofa.
Dan Hanjie held their son in one arm and her with the other.
Qin Youxuan feared he would forget about their son and drop the little guy.
“Damn it!”
Dan Hanjie cursed under his breath and tightened his hold on their son.
Watching the little rascal giggle, he ground his teeth in frustration.

“Where’s the maternity matron?”
Dan Hanjie glanced at the butler standing outside the door, who promptly stepped forward upon hearing him.

Without a word, Dan Hanjie handed over his son to the butler, and just as he turned back to continue, Qin Youxuan’s petite body had already slid off the sofa.
She waved a little hand at him.
“I’m going upstairs to take a bath first, see you in a bit.”
“Wife, together.”

They quickly returned to their bedroom.
As the water ran, he squeezed into the bathtub first.
“If you’re in it, where am I supposed to soak?”
Qin Youxuan pouted, staring bewildered at the man who had taken up their space.
“Soak together.”
Dan Hanjie glanced at the large massage bathtub that could fit several people, his thin lips parting slightly.
“No, I’ve been taking photos all day; I’m exhausted. I just want to have a nice, comfortable bath,” Qin Youxuan said, clutching her clothes, ready to head out.
Dan Hanjie wouldn’t let the prey slip from his mouth that easily.
With an extended arm, he pulled Qin Youxuan back and with a splash, water scattered everywhere.
Qin Youxuan nearly fell into the bathtub, choking on a mouthful of water.
She coughed fiercely.
Her bright cat-like eyes reddened instantly.
“Let see.”
Dan Hanjie approached her with his tall fra, tenderly cradling her small face.
“It’s all your fault, I almost choked to death,” Qin Youxuan punched his chest with a small fist and grumbled in complaint.
