Hearing her soft voice, Diwu Zexuan’s arm tightened unconsciously, and his gaze softened as well, exuding an obvious indulgence and affection.

"Senior!" Rui Hui suddenly called out, a bit anxious, and stood up from Diwu Zexuan’s embrace.

Upon hearing this, both n were stunned.
Duke stood frozen in place, looking at Rui Hui as a hint of hurt flashed through his eyes.
Rui Hui’s lips moved slightly, wanting to explain, but after thinking it over, she kept silent.
Diwu Zexuan reacted quickly, his gaze focused as he placed Rui Hui onto the chair, glanced at her delicate face, and pinched it gently, "I’ll be back soon, don’t wander off."
He turned and headed towards the kitchen.
As soon as his figure disappeared, Rui Hui imdiately stood up from the chair and, not bothering to explain to Duke, started running towards the door.

Duke was stunned for a few seconds before suddenly reacting and hurriedly chased after her.

Acknowledging her mistake, yet not daring to lose her temper with him.
