When class was over and Su Yue’e wanted to say sothing, Xu Mumu didn’t give her the chance at all and directly walked out of the classroom, heading towards the direction of Yin Yang’s departnt.
Usually, it was mostly Yin Yang who would co looking for her. Today, she decided to go find Yin Yang herself, as she didn’t want to see Su Yue’e’s face anyway.
With no more classes for the rest of the day, Xu Mumu was on her way to Yin Yang’s side when she saw him coming out, holding sothing in his hand, which was the item Xu Xue had asked her to deliver to Huo Qingze.
"Mumu." Seeing Xu Mumu approaching, Yin Yang’s eyes lit up with joy as he quickly walked over to her.
"Let’s go, find Huo Qingze." Seeing Yin Yang, any bit of frustration in Xu Mumu’s heart imdiately dissipated. What Su Yue’e or whoever else thought didn’t matter, looking at Yin Yang’s face was a delight in itself.
"Sure." Yin Yang nodded with a smile.
As they walked forward, Yin Yang couldn’t help but ask, "Mumu, did soone upset you before?" Noticing she seed a bit unhappy when he first saw her.
"It’s nothing, just soone pestering a bit." Xu Mumu briefly ntioned what had happened in the classroom.
"Do you want to talk to your grandfather about it, maybe have that girl’s work revoked?" Yin Yang asked gently, a hint of coldness in his eyes.
"No need, let’s just consider it a lesson learned." Xu Mumu shook her head with a smile, thinking it wasn’t worth the hassle for such people. With the spare ti, she’d rather go watch a movie with Yin Yang.
"Alright, as you say." Yin Yang nodded with a smile, but even if Xu Mumu wasn’t planning to deal with it, he was thinking of secretly teaching that girl a lesson.
They arrived at Huo Qingze’s classroom, drawing nurous curious glances as soon as they walked in. Huo Qingze noticed them right away.
Why are these two looking for ? Huo Qingze wondered.
"Why are you guys here?" Huo Qingze walked over, looking at them curiously.
"Not welcoming us?" Yin Yang raised an eyebrow slightly.
"How could that be?" Huo Qingze shook his head, looking at them, waiting to hear why they had co to find him.
"Rember my cousin? Xu Xue asked to bring you sothing." Xu Mumu handed over the clothes and letters that Yin Yang was holding to Huo Qingze.
Looking at the items in his hand, Huo Qingze frowned. Of course, he rembered Xu Xue; it hadn’t been that long since they started university, how could he forget? Not only did he rember, but Yin Yang rembered her quite well too.
He wasn’t particularly fond of Xu Xue. Mainly, he felt she knew too much, so much that it was a bit abnormal, which was also why he didn’t interact much with her.
Moreover, although it was unclear why Xu Xue approached him, he didn’t like the way she looked at him, like other won, as if he were a piece of at ready to be scooped onto a plate.
These items made him fall silent for a mont, unsure what to do.
"You know Xu Xue’s intentions. If you’re not interested, just write her a letter yourself; she said if you don’t want this, you can just throw it away." Xu Mumu pointed at the clothes in Huo Qingze’s hand.
"Understood." Huo Qingze nodded, knowing this matter needed resolution.
After Xu Mumu and Yin Yang left, Huo Qingze put everything away, then gathered his things and left the classroom without bothering with the next two classes.
"Do you think Xu Xue stands a chance?" Xu Mumu curiously asked.
"I doubt it, Huo Qingze isn’t that indiscriminate." Yin Yang calmly replied.
"Whatever, it’s up to them. Whether they get together or not doesn’t affect us." Xu Mumu shrugged, not wanting to bother with it anymore. This is a real world; the world doesn’t have to revolve around whether Xu Xue and Huo Qingze get together.
"Right. Do you have any classes later, or are you heading back?" Yin Yang laughed and changed the subject.
"I don’t feel like doing either. I’ll go to your classroom and read there." Xu Mumu said with a cheerful smile.
"Alright, let’s go." Yin Yang nodded, not wanting to miss the chance; he almost wanted to announce to the world that she was his partner.
In the classroom, being pestered by those girls was already tireso for him.
He wanted to take Xu Mumu over to show everyone that no one compared to his Mumu.
Xu Mumu was brought to Yin Yang’s classroom and sat with him in the last row. Even sitting at the back, they drew attention.
Yin Yang brought Xu Mumu over with such care that it almost blinded everyone.
Especially the girls, many of whom had fantasized about Yin Yang, even though he always remained friendly yet distant to everyone.
But the way he treated Xu Mumu was sothing no one had ever seen.
Even if there was jealousy, there was nothing to be done. Yin Yang already had a partner, and he liked her so much.
Yin Yang focused on the lecture as Xu Mumu shifted her attention from reading to watching him.
There were quite a few girls in the classroom with their eyes on Yin Yang, and Xu Mumu discreetly took a look around, once again feeling that Yin Yang’s face truly attracted a lot of attention.
Xu Mumu’s gaze landed on Yin Yang; nothing was more appealing than a man serious about his work.
Noticing Xu Mumu watching him intently, Yin Yang felt delighted.
During the break, several people ca over.
"Yin Yang, aren’t you going to introduce us?" A sunny-looking boy ca over, teasingly looking at the two. Yin Yang was handso, and Xu Mumu was equally as attractive, surpassing all the girls in the class.
Many people envied Yin Yang for having such a beautiful partner, and among them, quite a few were still unmarried.
"This is my girlfriend, Xu Mumu. Mumu, these are my classmates." Yin Yang introduced them with a calm smile, introducing those he usually talked to more often.
Xu Mumu smiled at each of them; since Yin Yang was willing to befriend these people, they weren’t likely to have bad intentions.
After two classes in Yin Yang’s classroom, as soon as class ended, Xu Mumu left with Yin Yang to go ho for lunch. Nothing from the school cafeteria could compare to Mrs. Liu’s cooking.
Upon arriving ho, neither Professor Song nor Professor Jian were back. Professor Jian was busy in the lab, and Professor Song had two lectures in the afternoon and was preparing for them, so he wouldn’t return ho midday.
Xu Mumu also considered attending Professor Song’s lectures, even though he often taught her a lot himself.
While eating, Xu Mumu talked to Yin Yang about the lectures, knowing Yin Yang had free periods in the first two slots in the afternoon.
