"Yes, that’s right! Clara Grant! It was her!" Yvette Zimrman said, nodding in confirmation.
"How is that possible?" Evan Shelby shook his head with a smile, not believing his wife. After all, she was prone to making a fuss over nothing.
"What do you an, not possible?" Seeing his disbelief, Yvette Zimrman’s voice rose. "I saw it with my own two eyes!"
"Saw what?"
"What did I see? I saw Clara Grant leaving Seth Quinn’s apartnt at The Millennium Grand first thing in the morning. That proves it! That Clara Grant must have spent the night with him."
"Really?" Evan Shelby frowned, still finding it hard to believe. "Are you sure you weren’t mistaken? Sure, Clara Grant is pretty, but she’s just a daughter the Grant Family cast out. Why would Seth Quinn get involved with a woman of her status?"
"I absolutely wasn’t mistaken! Cherie Rhodes was with , and she saw it too. Go ask her if you don’t believe !" ’Although Cherie Rhodes said she didn’t get a clear look, I don’t buy it. She’s obviously trying to protect her own daughter’s best friend!’
This ti, Evan Shelby believed her, and his expression darkened.

Yvette Zimrman’s brow was also knitted in a tight frown. At a loss, she said, "I was hoping that when Autumn ca back, she and Seth Quinn could rekindle their old fla. What are we supposed to do now? Has Seth Quinn really moved on from her? If Autumn finds out, it’ll break her heart!"
"So what if her heart is broken! Who told her to be so willful back then, throwing tantrums like a spoiled princess!" Evan Shelby suddenly snapped at Yvette Zimrman.
Stunned by his anger, Yvette Zimrman’s eyes imdiately reddened. "How can you bla only Autumn for what happened? If Seth Quinn hadn’t always been so cold to her, always making her feel like he didn’t care, making her feel so insecure, would she ever have done such a thing?
"What does a woman want? Isn’t it just to be constantly treasured and doted on like a priceless gem? It’s one thing for you n to be unable to give a woman what she wants, but then you bla her for being willful and demanding too much?! You n are all the sa! Not a good one in the bunch!"
Seeing her fly into a rage, Evan’s mind drifted. ’I’ve not only kept a mistress for over twenty years, but I’ve now moved her into the Shelby family ho. And that was only possible because Yvette finally relented.’
The thought of how much he owed her made his own anger dissipate. He walked over, put an arm around her shoulder, and comforted her, "Alright, alright. It was my fault for losing my temper. I’m just... I’m just so worried, that’s all."
