Elaina’s consciousness is fading in and out as she tries to focus and keep the pain of the wound in her body. She is trying her best to keep herself awake and keep herself sane. But it was already hard to do while trying not to die. Her vision is already getting blurry, but she is still hearing everything that happened while she is losing blood.
The person who stabbed her is not Julia, fortunately, but unfortunately, the one she dreaded the most decided to ruin the special day of the twins by giving them a surprise gift that she didn’t anticipate. Selena decided to take revenge in the most unexpected way, and she was caught off guard. Without even noticing that the enemy had already infiltrated the farm, she wore a mask to disguise herself as Julia and snuck right behind to perform the attack. Right now, both the Harvest Goddess and Alfred are facing her, but knowing that Selena has already ascended as a Demi-God, fighting against her is close to impossible.
She wanted to fight, but her consciousness and the wound itself are quite in pain. What can she even do at this point?
Just when her consciousness is reaching the breaking point, soone scooped her up and pulled her out of the danger and started healing her wounds. Although she got saved and is now being healed, her consciousness is slowly disappearing. As much as she wanted to remain awake, there is only so much she can do. After all, she is only human.
"[Pardon for doing this, Elaina. To preserve your life, I will have to make a drastic move. I hope you can forgive for doing this.]"
The last thing Elaina can hear is the voice of the God of Farming...as her consciousness is swallowed by the emptiness.

While the situation with Elaina is slowly unfolding, Alfred and the Harvest Goddess have been fighting with difficulty against Selena. As much as they wanted to defeat her, her abilities are more absurd and dangerous to the point that she is not having a hard ti while the two are already hurling their abilities and their powers at her to no avail.
"What’s wrong, my dear? And here I thought you were willing to win and kill just to save my sister. In the end, was all of that just words?" Selena chuckles as she easily stops Alfred from fighting.
"I don’t understand...how is she this strong? And where did she learn this power she is using now?! She never had this power before!" Alfred frowned as he wiped off the blood from his mouth.
"Be careful, human. It seems you don’t know yet, but she ascended from human to demigod not too long ago. Elaina inford about this and thought it was quite fast, but didn’t expect that things would be true. She has already surpassed the pinnacle of being a demigod. Sooner or later, she might be challenging the chance to ascend as a goddess in the future. As much as that is not a good thing considering her temperant and also her traits, we will be dood if she continues to ascend to godhood," the Harvest Goddess explained to Alfred, making sure that he knows what he is facing.
"Aren’t you a goddess? How co you are not able to fight on equal or dominate against her?" Alfred frowned.
"Hey, I may be a goddess, but that doesn’t an my powers are for combat! These powers of mine are specifically for growing crops!"
Selena slowly approached them, with a smile on her face. "How disappointing. What’s wrong now? Don’t tell the strongest Emperor in Luminiera Kingdom is nothing but a weakling in the end? And for a goddess, your abilities are so weak I may as well sleep while you attack . Co on, show what you can do!"
"In that case, we will not be holding back, Selena," a familiar voice from the back started speaking and tapped the ground using the end of her staff.
TANG!
Before Selena could react, chains of light appeared from the surroundings, binding her from all directions. Even her neck and whole body had been chained by cuffs and big chains made of light.
At first, Selena was confident she could easily break the bindings on her body, but she then realized sothing. She tugged her arm with her newly acquired abilities to nullify and destroy the chains, only to realize that it wasn’t even working.
"What the?! What is going on?!" Selena tried to tug her body and use all her strength, only for her to remain bound by the chains. Not a single dent or damage that indicated that she could break them off."
"Give it up, Selena, my dear. Escaping from those chains is impossible unless you are indeed capable of breaking them apart. If you would be capable of doing that, then you are much more dangerous than we might think."
Selena turned her head to see who was speaking and finally saw who they were. Before her was a woman in a saintess outfit, and on her side was a man who looked like he had barely fought before, but his aura was sothing that she couldn’t asure. Just seeing them face to face is enough for her instincts to send signals. Even with her Demigod powers, these two are soone she cannot afford to deal with.
"Who are you two!? How can you even bind when I can use powers that candidates for Godhood are capable of using?!" Selena is totally livid seeing they are so casual with everything.
"Well, I can’t bla you for not recognizing us, Selena. Still, it is kind of funny how we thought you were going to be the timid one and Elaina would be the troublemaker out of you two siblings, but it turns out that you are hiding your true nature. You are also the indirect reason why your parents were executed as well, but looking at you now, we can easily tell that you don’t hold any remorse of what you did."
Selena grits her teeth and snarls at them angrily. "And why would I be feeling any sort of remorse from them?! They already served their purpose, and yet they are still useless. Why would I care for them? And who the hell are you two outsiders anyway? How dare you lot disrespect a demigod like this?!"
"Arrogant b*tch!" Without warning, Rakkan punches Selena. At first, she thought that she won’t be affected, however...
"BANG!"
The single punch from Rakkan in the face is enough for her two front teeth to detach from impact.
"Oh dear, watch your language. Even if you are angry, this woman is still our granddaughter, you know. Take it easy."
"Why would I take it easy when she is bragging about her ascendance to godhood and her attempted assassination of Elaina?! I will not tolerate that no matter what!"
"Granddaughter? W-wait, does that an...you two are..."
Liliana smiled. "Finally, it seems you have finally known who we are."
"Impossible! Why are the two of you younger than ?! And how the hell are you inflicting wounds against ?!"
Rakkan grinned. "Considering we managed to defeat the Demon King in the past and survived is already a testant that not even Demigods are capable of dealing with us. Now, stay still, and let punch you a few more tis."
Selena finally realized the danger of the situation she was in. Before Rakkan could provide another strong punch against her, Selena used her ability and used [Plane Shifter] as a way to bypass the chains and cuffs.
"Why are you running, Selena? You said you are not feeling the strength of everyone and you wanted a decent match, so what is the matter and why are you having trouble against us? Isn’t this what you wanted?" Liliana mocked Selena.
"I thought the stories about the Chosen Heroes who defeated the Demon King are exaggerated stories to make it look like the Chosen Heroes are valiant and powerful...but I never expected this, that two of their forr mbers are monsters in human skin!" Selena heals her face and regenerates the two teeth she lost from Rakkan’s punch.
"Exaggerated? Only a few of them are considered exaggerated, but our exploits are not an exaggeration. Want to feel a demonstration? That punch earlier is still a test to see if you can even tank it."
"Ugh! F*ck you two! I will be back! And next ti, I will make sure that sister of mine will no longer survive!"
Without warning, she disappeared, leaving behind the aftermath. Everyone rushed towards Elaina.
"How is Elaina?!" Rakkan tried feeling her pulse, only to not feel anything. Realizing this, he looked at Liliana for help. "Dear!"
"No need to ask!" Liliana tapped the ground again, and Elaina’s body was covered in light. As soon as she had her body covered, Liliana frowned.
"It seems Elaina is no longer breathing."
