Director Scott oversaw the political and developntal affairs of the domain, while Yisen Gard and Sio managed matters related to Sublimators and the implentation of related policies. In case of conflicts, internal etings would be convened for decision-making. Generally speaking, it was a seldom-seen oligarchic bureaucratic system on Terra.
This is considered rare because the vast majority of Terra’s systems, regardless of their appearance, are inherently lifelong autocracies or monarchies.
This also aligns with the hopes of the Terra People, who do not crave ’power’ or the massive responsibility of combating ’natural disasters’ that cos with it. They hope for a peaceful and stable life, and the policy instability brought by electoral democracy is sothing they find hard to accept.
