Azar’s World of Magi...
"Get so beer..."
"Ale..."
"So wine, taking one to heaven..."
"Ale..."
A young ordinary man could be seen inside a library dusting its shelves as a horrible singing voice echoed throughout the room.
This was Osiris. He was back at the library, and it had been two days since he left. At this ti, the war was still ongoing and serious, but not to the point where the big players had co out to fight.
At this point, the highest active ceiling of this battle was at Tier 6, but once in a while, a few Tier 7 Magi or Mana-Devouring Beasts would appear.
As for Tier 8 Magi or Mana-Devouring Beasts, they had not yet had a chance to act.
"Ehn... wait a mont..." Suddenly, Osiris paused as he rubbed his chin and pondered.
"Ah, that kid. He seems promising..." Osiris smiled.
"I wonder where he is now..." Osiris thought as he chuckled.
It seed sothing interesting would happen very soon.

At the nobles’ camp, a situation was currently unfolding.
Three nobles could be seen standing in front of Azar’s tent, their faces full of smiles as a female was being toyed with before them.
"Ahhh!"
A sharp feminine scream rang out as one of the noble’s lackeys grabbed la by the head and dragged her out.
Her clothes were torn, exposing her body for the nobles to see.
"Please, no... I still have a master I serve, and..." Argh!
Before la could finish speaking, her hair was yanked as tears fell from her eyes.
Yes, she was used to all this, but...
What Azar had said that day was still on her mind. She had been planning for his eventual return as she took care of his tent and thought about what good food she could prepare for him.
But it all ca crashing down.
It seed the news of Azar leaving had spread among the nobles, causing laughter amongst them, especially among the mbers of Teacher Tofan’s family.
They were associated with him, and most people already looked down on them because of it.
Of course, those young family mbers hurriedly clarified that Azar was not with them and that he ca from a weak continent, but who would believe them?
Everyone had seen them walking together with Azar, so he must definitely have been associated with them.
The mbers of Teacher Tofan’s family gritted their teeth and endured.
As for the nobles, one of them who had friction with the family targeted Azar.
And what better ti to strike than now, when he was not here?
They had originally planned to loot his food supplies and destroy his belongings, but who knew he would have such a beautiful maid?
For these young nobles, their bloodlust was imdiately stirred.
"Cough, that’s enough. Carry her and follow us," the noble spoke as he exchanged glances with his companions, who flashed him knowing smiles.
They were all thinking the sa thing.
la was easily carried away. After all, she was only a normal human.
Tears continued to fall from her eyes.
She didn’t want this to happen.
Just when she thought things would get better, her newly ignited hope was instantly crushed once more.
She felt distressed, but more than that, disappointed.
She didn’t think much about Azar. Although she didn’t know how strong each noble was, they were talented individuals and certainly not weak.
Azar wouldn’t be able to take them all on.

On the frontline, First Defense Zone.
There was no ti to rest as another battle began on the second day.
This ti, however, Azar had learned one or two things.
And more importantly, he was now protected.
The others had witnessed Azar’s capabilities and understood that he had to be kept alive if there was to be any chance of survival.
Spell after spell, Azar cast as he continuously supported them.
The hordes of Mana-Devouring Beasts rushed forward one after another while the humans, numbering in the thousands, held the line.
This was rely a small region of the First Defense Zone.
There were at least more than a thousand small regions like this spread across the First Defense Zone.
As for the main tanking and entrance points of the First Defense Zone, they were filled with hundreds of thousands of Magi holding the line.
These Magi were Tier 4 Magi.
Because of them, the hordes of Mana-Devouring Beasts that broke through to this area were mostly capped at Tier 3.
With only a few rare exceptions of Tier 4 Mana-Devouring Beasts appearing once in a while.
"Continue with the output, kid. We will protect you with our lives," a few of the Magi around Azar said with laughter.
Azar nodded.
He increased the range of his spells as he subtly experinted with their reach and effects.
He was beginning to realize that flashy spells were useless.
Decisive killing spells were preferred.
His growth as a Tier 3 Magus was rapid as he steadily approached the peak of Tier 3.
The effective range of his spells could already cover hundreds of ters.
Put back in the real world, he could be called an ancestor in weaker continents.
Even in Continent A, he could be considered a stronger cannon fodder.
This war was a massive opportunity for Azar.
As the pressure of life and death weighed upon him, his potential continued to bloom.

At the Fifth Abyss...
Just when Void thought he could continue studying the rules, he was interrupted as a Rank 4 aura appeared.
Void opened his eyes and appeared outside his castle, wondering which Rank 4 entity had arrived this ti.
But he was stunned.
Standing before him was a human.
Void blinked his crimson eyes as he sensed the demonic presence of the Primordial Demon Bloodline within her.
She was not a human but a Rank 4 demon. However, she was humanoid and possessed smooth skin. She was dressed in a long dark gown that highlighted her figure.
A faint dark charm swirled around her, subtly pulling Void closer. Void could feel his body heating up as he frowned.
Her charm was so strong that it affected him?
Void instantly beca wary as he observed her carefully.
"Hello," she spoke, her voice soothing. If Void were not a Rank 4 demon himself, one would never have guessed she was a demon and would have mistaken her for an angel.
She had a beautiful face capable of captivating any male creature, with a graceful body to match.
Void was confused.
What exactly was she here for?
Seeing Void observing her cautiously, she flashed a smile before moving closer to him.
She slowly walked around Void as she nodded to herself.
"What do you want?" Void finally asked, unable to remain silent any longer.
"Eh? I thought you were mute?" she smiled as she stepped back.
Void narrowed his eyes.
How could a Rank 4 demon be mute?
"Don’t worry. I an you no harm. I just need sothing from you."
Void raised an eyebrow.
Now things were getting interesting.
What exactly did she need from him?
Well, Void was not too surprised. After all, it was no secret that Rank 4 demons often cooperated to conquer realms.
"And what is that?" Void asked.
She answered slowly.
"Well... it’s an offer you can’t refuse."
After saying that, she moved.
Void lost sight of her, and the next thing he felt was a pair of soft lips pressed against his.
His mind went blank.
"I need you to mate with ," she said after breaking the kiss.
"Wait... what?"
