Mia was lonely and helpless. She searched desperately through the crowd for a pair of deep blue eyes that silently watched over and supported her. However, she found nothing, which made her shoulders and arms stiffen slightly.

Until—

Mia froze slightly, a mix of bitterness and joy flickering in her eyes as she stood there in a daze. The cara followed her gaze.

It was Lily and her red-haired dance partner, Jeremiah.

Lily was just as confused, exchanging glances with Jeremiah before looking at Mia with bewildernt. It was only then that she realized Mia wasn't looking at them, but at sothing behind them. Puzzled, the two turned around.

Whoosh.

The crowd parted like the Red Sea, clearing a straight path. All eyes followed the light and gaze towards the entrance of the banquet hall, and everyone held their breath.

The cara slowly panned upwards.

Long, straight legs clad in a perfectly tailored black suit, the silken waistband accentuating broad shoulders and a narrow waist. The elegance and nobility of the three-piece suit made his tall and upright figure exude a natural grace.

Charming. Handso. Refined. Gentle.

His long bangs were slicked back into a sleek side-part, revealing his full, sharp features. His well-defined angles and deep, bright eyes captured everyone's attention. Ti seed to pause briefly on his brows as it passed.

A stunning entrance.

On the big screen, the entire crowd gasped.

Off the screen, the entire room was in shock.

Gloria's mind went blank, overwheld by his stunning appearance. Her chest filled with admiration, and her body felt lighter, as if she were silently floating upwards, with brilliant fireworks bursting in her ears.

It was Michael.

So, this was the "Pretty Woman" mont ant for *The Princess Diaries*.

Earlier, the audience had been curious:

Why hadn't Garry Marshall, who had created the iconic makeover scene in *Pretty Woman*, replicated a similar mont in *The Princess Diaries*? Was he avoiding repeating himself?

Now, the answer was clear.

It wasn't about avoiding repetition—it was that the audience had been expecting the wrong mont.

—The prince had arrived.

Inside the film and outside in the real world, all eyes were on Michael's entrance.

He took long strides forward, his steps and movents slightly stiff. It was clear he wasn't accustod to this formal look, and his expression was a bit shy and awkward, which made everyone smile warmly.

In that mont, the spotlight of the entire world focused on Michael.

One step, then another.

Michael entered the dance floor and stood in front of Mia. He placed his hands in front of him, then realized it didn't feel quite right and moved them behind his back, only to decide that seed impolite. Finally, he let his hands drop stiffly at his sides, pressed against the seams of his trousers.

It was such a small gesture, but it lted the hearts of the girls in the screening room. They clasped their hands to their chests, letting out uncontrollable sighs of happiness, like marshmallows lting into hot chocolate.

Finally, Michael found his stance and looked back at Mia—

His smile rose gently.

At that mont, fireworks burst, and the whole world brightened. Gloria felt as if her heart had stopped beating.

She wasn't the only one.

Mia froze too, gazing at Michael's smile. She paused slightly, then a perfect smile blood across her face, and her eyes sparkled like a sky full of stars.

Mia looked at Michael, silently mouthing the words.

"Bow."

Mia lifted her skirt and curtsied, and Michael, with one hand behind his back, bowed in return.

Then.

Michael took a step forward, extended his right hand to Mia, and invited her to dance. The two of them glided gracefully across the dance floor, spinning in ti to the waltz.

The cara spins solely around Michael and Mia, but at a slightly faster speed. As a result, the cara alternates between their smiling faces—Michael's, then Mia's, then back to Michael's. The world spins dizzyingly, and the entire screening room is srized.

Spinning and leaping.

Not only can we see their smiles, but we also see their eyes—countless stars reflected within them, glowing brightly and brilliantly.

In that mont, they are utterly captivated.

Gradually, the smiles freeze on their faces, and their gazes fall deep into each other's eyes, locking together as they slowly get lost in the depths of one another.

Michael stops in his tracks, gazing deeply into Mia's eyes. He grips her right hand tightly, and with a swift turn, he pulls Mia out of the dance floor and out of the room. Mia joyfully follows, leaving only the trailing white of her dress creating ripples in the air. The eyes of those still dancing are drawn to the spectacle.

The Queen, at this mont, is dancing with the head of security, Joe.

They also notice the pair imdiately. Joe smiles knowingly, "They seem to share my thoughts, but it looks like the garden is already occupied."

The cara shifts.

Michael leads Mia into the garden, stopping by a small fountain. Once away from the crowd, Michael becos shy and awkward again.

He diverts his gaze, looking up at the stars in the sky, but can't help himself—he quickly glances back at Mia.

"Why ?" Michael asks.

His deep blue eyes are filled with a mix of nervousness, hesitation, excitent, and joy, like moonlight spilling across the Caribbean Sea.

Mia takes a deep breath, her cheeks flushing, but she still looks Michael in the eyes and says, "Because even when I was invisible, you could see ."

After a brief pause, Mia reverts to her usual playful deanor, "Just because I'm royalty doesn't an I'm any different. Please, I'm still the sa person. Yes, I have to live in Genovia, but I'll still go to school..."

She rambles on.

But Michael can't hold back anymore.

He leans in, gently cupping Mia's face, and kisses her. The kiss is sweet, awkward, and slightly clumsy, but the soft smiles on their lips show their joy.

The entire screening room lts.

Mia is so lost in the mont that she instinctively tilts her left foot back, accidentally kicking the garden's operation switch—

The fountain begins to spray.

The colored lights gradually illuminate.

Twinkling, dazzling, the garden is suddenly as bright as daylight, with stars scattered everywhere. The two young lovers are enveloped in a glowing halo, utterly enchanted, until they both start to run out of breath. Reluctantly, they pull apart.

But with their foreheads still pressed together and their gazes still locked, Michael continues to cradle Mia's face in his hands. They savor each other's warm breaths, their chests heaving. Their smiles grow wider, their cheeks flush deeper, but they can't resist.

So, they lean in again, continuing to explore each other.

Music begins to play.

Michael and Mia return to the ball, standing in the midst of the bustling crowd, dancing gracefully.

Suddenly, they both break into a chanical dance, like puppets—slightly awkward, slightly stiff, slightly quirky. But unexpectedly, the entire crowd crouches down, leaving only the two of them standing in the middle, still dancing. The screening room erupts in joyful laughter.

"Dear Diary,

Today, I officially beca the Princess of Genovia. In just a few hours, we will land in Genovia, and before I take on my royal duties, I have etings scheduled with Parliant and the people.

Mom, of course, is moving to Genovia with to keep painting... but no balloons this ti. Lily and Michael will spend the sumr at our palace... can you imagine? A palace!

They even brought my Mustang with them, and in two weeks, I'll be able to legally drive it. Grandma is thrilled to be ho, and Joseph, as always, stands guard at her side. Everyone is a bit nervous about the coronation, including —everyone except Fat Louis. He's adapting to royal life quite well, as always."

Outside the plane's window, a majestic, ancient castle cos into view—

Welco to Genovia.
