Yayyyyy!
As Siegfried stepped out of his tent, the loud commotion he had heard earlier revealed itself to be celebratory cheers. Destiny and Phiros approached, patting his shoulder and guiding him forward to make an appearance before their friends and the allied guild mbers, allowing everyone to get a clear view of him once again.
"Everyone, here he is—our hero. The man who defeated the AI Commander and claid the special territory for us!"
Phiros announced loudly, prompting a resounding roar. The allied guild mbers raised their glasses high, honoring Siegfried, the conqueror.
"Hey! Since you're the one who secured this place, we all agreed that the privilege of naming the city should go to you. Besides, the system has already announced that this special territory is now under the ownership of the Pendragon Guild,"
Destiny said with a wide grin, handing Siegfried a golden city emblem.
"Have you thought of a na for the city yet, Siegfried? Or, should I na it for you?"
Wet Trash Can chid in cheerfully.
"No way! I don't want so weird na for our city. This place is way too beautiful for that. Siegfried, you should na it yourself. Trust !"
Oliang interjected quickly, voicing his opposition the mont his friend suggested naming the newly claid city.
"And how do you know he would pick a weird na?"
Draco asked, raising an eyebrow at Oliang.
"Oh, co on, Draco. You don't need to look anywhere for proof. Just look at his own na… Not that I'm saying anything bad,"
Peach Blossom said, trailing off as she turned to offer a sheepish smile at Wet Trash Can, who was now staring at her with a crestfallen expression.
"I've decided. I know what to na this city."
Siegfried smiled after a mont of thoughtful silence.
"What is it? Don't tell it's Chang Long City or sothing."
Rafael teased, bursting into laughter.
"What does Chang Long have to do with this?"
Phiros asked, confused, as he had no idea about Siegfried's feelings for Chang Long.
"Of course not! I'll na it Heaven."
Siegfried shot his friend a stern look, but the faint blush was spreading across his cheeks.
"Heaven, as in the na of the pirate king, Heaven?"
Peach Blossom tilted her head curiously.
"Yes, the city will be nad after the pirate king, Heaven."
Siegfried confird. Unseen by anyone, Heaven, who was currently invisible, looked at his heir with pride. Of course, he was proud of Siegfried's strength and delighted that, even though he was rely an ancient spirit whose fa rested solely on his forr title as the pirate king, which drew much attention, Siegfried still honored him by naming the city after him.
"Not only is it nad after the pirate king, but the aning is also fitting. This city's location is so breathtakingly beautiful—it truly feels like paradise."
Phiros surveyed the atmosphere around him, nodding in agreent. Naturally, the allied guild mbers also nodded in concurrence. Siegfried then initiated the naming process with the system's automated response feature. The city emblem in his hand began to emit a brilliant golden light, with the chosen city na appearing on one side. The other side bore the image of a roaring dragon head, the emblem of the Pendragon Guild.
"Everyone, let's celebrate to our hearts' content tonight. Tomorrow, we'll have plenty of work to handle. Here's to Siegfried! To the Allied Guild! To the city of Heaven!" Phiros declared loudly, raising his drink high. The allied guild mbers echoed his words, their cheers reverberating throughout the newly claid special territory—now officially nad Heaven.
"To Siegfried! To the Allied Guild! To the city of Heaven!"
The celebration carried on. For at least the next month, their efforts would be focused on turning Heaven into a tangible reality. This involved gathering materials, city planning, and enlisting the cooperation of AIs and NPCs to staff the shops. All of this would require a massive budget, manpower, and the dedication of every guild mber. It marked the first step toward greatness for Siegfried—a guild leader, a conqueror, and one of the heirs to the legacy of the pirate king.
.....
News of the Pendragon Guild's conquest of the special territory spread rapidly across all the islands, thanks to the ga system's new announcent feature for significant events. Kimhant imdiately set out for Europa Island, determined to lease a space in Siegfried's newly claid city. There were multiple reasons for his urgency, one of which was to escape the possible harassnt of the Journalists and Writers Association. If they discovered his fledgling association, they would pester him endlessly. Securing protection from a major guild was a logical move for his newly established organization.
At present, the Professional Reporter's Association had over a hundred mbers. These players traveled across the islands to gather news, which was then compiled for sale or publication in their newspaper, titled "The Reaper's Whisperer." The na was inspired by Chang Long's enigmatic reaper.
On his journey, Kimhant encountered the chaos of guild-affiliated players streaming out of player service building in droves. As he boarded the system ferry, he noticed a familiar figure disembarking.
"Duncan!"
Kimhant called out. The man turned toward the voice with a serious expression but broke into a smile upon recognizing Kimhant.
"Kimhant. What brings you to Suvarn City?"
Duncan greeted him warmly as he approached.
"I'm actually heading to Europa Island. You've probably heard that Siegfried and his guild claid a special territory there. I'm hoping to settle in and start a small business of my own."
Kimhant replied vaguely.
"Ah, I see..."
"What about you, Duncan? What brings you here? Are you alone?"
Kimhant asked in return.
"I'm here on business. Crown, a friend of mine, discovered sothing interesting on Mount Longshan, and now everyone's in an uproar over it."
Duncan replied, his expression tinged with worry.
"Sothing interesting?"
"There they go, calling to rush . Gotta go, Kimhant. See you later."
Duncan waved goodbye and hurried off. Kimhant scratched his head in confusion. Duncan's behavior seed a bit suspicious, but he shrugged it off, convinced that soone like Duncan would not do anything untoward. Setting aside his curiosity, Kimhant boarded the ferry. After all, he and Duncan were not close enough to share every detail of their lives.
"What's up? I haven't even been on Aseana Island for ten minutes yet."
Duncan answered the call once he found a quiet, secluded spot.
"Where are you? Almost everyone's gathered already."
The voice on the other end pressed him.
"Why is everyone so quick? I thought we agreed to arrive separately to avoid drawing attention."
Duncan furrowed his brows in surprise.
"No one's dragging their feet like you are. The last group is waiting for you at the base of Mount Longshan. The rest are already at the eting point. Hurry up, buddy."
Crown urged him again.
"Yeah, yeah, I got it. But are you sure about this? That area's close to Longshan City, which is the base of the Dark Horse Guild."
Duncan asked, concern lacing his tone.
"Of course, I'm sure. I told you, there's definitely a special territory on Mount Longshan. Besides, the Dark Horse Guild won't be able to take over this place so easily. Hehe."
Crown replied confidently.
"But..."
"Enough talk. Just get here so we can properly plan everything."
"Hey, Crown! He hung up just like that. So pushy."
Duncan shook his head in exasperation and hurriedly set off to the eting point, excited. Although he often opposed Crown's ideas, he had always trusted his friend's judgnt. With so many other friends gathering, following Crown's lead, Duncan could not help but wonder if their gang leader would pull off this grand sche.

Chang Long and Thankhun quietly left Ling Lan's ho, followed closely by their companions, who were observing with curiosity from a distance. Devi-chan and Kamaku Hayasa floated alongside their heirs without any word. When they reached the city's southern exit, Chang Long turned to address his companions.
"I'll have to seal you now. This mission states that leaving the city automatically seals you."
Hulu and Brownie were visibly startled, protesting imdiately.
"What? Master, we just got summoned, and now we're getting locked away again!"
Brownie complained dejectedly. The small, scrappy creature had been brimming with enthusiasm to assist its master in leveling up, only to learn it would be sealed once more.
Thankhun and Kamaku Hayasa glanced down in astonishnt, realizing that the voice addressing Chang Long belonged to a tiny beast—a thieving field mouse, no less. Feeling the stunned gazes on him, cheeky Brownie turned to snap at Thankhun.
"What're you staring at? Never seen a dashing mouse, you dolt!"
"You... you little mouse. Who're you calling a dolt!"
Thankhun grounded his teeth, irritated by the feisty creature's taunts. However, he did not retaliate, choosing instead to turn away with an annoyed huff.
"Master, we haven't even gone to the restaurant yet. I was hoping to finally indulge in so strawberry cakes."
While speaking, Hulu shot a resentful glare at Thankhun. Hulu blad him for ruining their chance to enjoy the delicious food at the restaurant and for getting them sealed back into their pet-sealing accessories. Big, though he could sense Hulu's simring anger, did not dare do more than stay close to Thankhun, trying to shield him.
"Give it a rest, you greedy crippled horse. Don't be so glutton. Master has a mission to complete!"
Fluffy Head-chan jumped in to chastise Hulu in their usual frenemies dynamic, which instantly made Hulu's brow twitch in irritation.
"What did you just say, you dwarf lion? Are you seriously siding with the one who got us sealed?"
Hulu snapped at Fluffy Head-chan, visibly enraged.
"I'm not. I'm just trying to remind you to be reasonable for once. How can you call yourself a divine beast when you're this idiotic!"
Fluffy Head-chan shot back. Thankhun watched the heated exchange, dumbfounded, as the bickering escalated between a talking lion cub and a cosplaying man. The cub even said that the man was a divine beast. The whole situation left him even more bewildered.
"Wha... what did you just say? A re beast king daring to call an idiot? That's it—the truce is over, you dwarf!"
Hulu growled, his tone icy with anger.
"Enough already. Your arguing won't help anything. Stop making things harder for master!"
Kitsune's stern voice cut through the squabble, silencing both quarrelso parties. Fluffy Head-chan was about to retort but reluctantly held his tongue, while Hulu grudgingly backed down as well.
"Finally, so peace. I'll wrap this mission up quickly, okay? It's just about finding soone—it shouldn't be too hard."
Chang Long reassured them, patting her pets gently to comfort them.
"Then seal first, master!"
Brownie rushed to stand before Chang Long, trembling slightly, scared of the lingering animosity from Fluffy Head-chan and Hulu.
"Alright. Seal Brownie."
Chang Long smiled and sealed the most mundane thieving field mouse into the pet-sealing ring as the first one. She then summoned and sealed the rest of her pets and spirits. Thankhun sealed Big into his own ring, but when he turned to Kamaku Hayasa, he hesitated. He was not sure what to do with the spirit, whose condition resembled a wandering soul with no owner but who still followed him everywhere.
"Chang Long, how are you sealing those spirits into your ring?"
Thankhun finally asked.
"It's not hard—I have spirit tablets. Do you want one?"
Chang Long replied, pulling out a white jade spirit tablet and showing it to him.
"Wait—how could you have sothing like this? Are you a spirit user?"
Thankhun asked, amazed with the spirit tablet in Chang Long's hand. He had heard about spirit users before, but in all his ti playing the ga, he had never encountered one. It was said that finding an NPC who gave out the spirit user profession quest was incredibly rare.
"Hmm, so are you interested or not? If not, I don't know what will happen once we leave the city. He might disappear due to the quest conditions. But every heir of the Pirate King has a Pirate King's spirit following them. The reason I keep Devi-chan in the spirit tablet is so I can offer food to him. Plus, with friends like Hisa-chan and Alice-chan around, he doesn't get too lonely."
Chang Long explained.
"So, if I seal Kamaku Hayasa into a spirit tablet, does that make a spirit user too?"
Thankhun asked curiously. Chang Long shook her head and elaborated.
"All you'd be able to do is offer him food. Only soone with a spirit-related profession can capture spirits and place them in a tablet. If I were to seal Kamaku Hayasa into the tablet, he would beco one of my bound spirits. But I don't want to claim him as mine. Even with Heaven, I returned his spirit tablet to Siegfried."
"Then... no, I'd rather not. Whether he follows or not doesn't really matter to ."
Thankhun replied. Kamaku Hayasa nodded in agreent. He had no desire to beco Chang Long's subordinate, especially since she was a rival to his own heir. Moreover, he had a gut feeling that Chang Long might give him a ridiculous na. There were plenty of examples—Devi Jones beca Devi-chan, the foul-mouthed lion cub was called Fluffy Head-chan. When he first heard those nas, he had not even thought they were nas. The other nas seed sowhat acceptable, but he was not willing to take the risk.
"Uh-huh, then, let's go." Chang Long nodded in understanding and tucked the spirit tablet back into her backpack.
Thankhun and Chang Long walked side by side (though keeping a ter's distance) as they left Longshan City together. The mont they stepped past the city gates, the system made another announcent, reminding them both that they were considered a couple and were undertaking a couple's quest together. Moreover, the quest imposed certain restrictions they would have to face as part of this unusual arrangent.
