Over an hour later, they lay together in each other’s arms once more.
"You should rest for a while, and then go back to the room across the hall," Sun Xiaorui said softly, still catching her breath.
"Okay."
Chen Feng did not refuse and agreed to do so.
The reason, of course, was to avoid being discovered by Wu ngting the next morning.
After all, Wu ngting is his girlfriend now. Although she tacitly allows Chen Feng to maintain intimate relationships with Sun Xiaorui and even other won, it wouldn’t be appropriate to openly engage in affection with Sun Xiaorui right under her nose like before.
Simply put, appearances need to be kept up, to give Wu ngting the face she deserves as a girlfriend.

He was montarily stunned before he closed the door and, pretending to be nonchalant, asked, "Why are you here?"
"I sent you texts on WeChat, you didn’t reply; I called you on video and you didn’t pick up. So I ca over to check, and then realized you weren’t in your room. I waited here for you to co back."
Chen Feng hadn’t taken his phone with him to Sun Xiaorui’s room earlier. Hearing Wu ngting say this, he wasn’t embarrassed and simply smiled as he asked, "What did you want to talk to about?"
"I think it’s necessary for us to publicly announce our relationship. What do you think?"
Chen Feng couldn’t help but frown and say, "There’s no need for that. As long as we know and our close friends and family know, that’s enough."
Wu ngting straightforwardly replied, "I believe your other won need to know too. Are you scared to do that?"

Chen Feng remained unmoved and said seriously, "We’ve already agreed that you need to give enough ti to gradually break up with them."
"I did agree to give you enough ti. But that has nothing to do with making our relationship public, right? Are you afraid they will break up with you if they find out you have an official girlfriend? If that’s the case, it ans they’re not worth your ti and effort."
Chen Feng replied in annoyance, "I’m worried that if we announce it, my other won might resent you, seeing it as a provocation and a challenge. They might use more extre asures to compete with you. At that point, I might not be able to withstand their sneaky tactics, like Hong Xiaodan who got pregnant before marriage."
Upon hearing this, Wu ngting frowned deeply. Chen Feng did have a point.
Although she wasn’t afraid of competing with them, she was concerned about their underhanded tactics.
What’s more, there are several of them. If they unite against her, despite her capabilities, it wouldn’t be wise to face them alone.
"Alright then, we won’t announce it in our friend circle for now. But I hope you can inform them one by one, let them know I’m now your girlfriend. You can at least do that, right?"

"You should at least notify first, right?" Wu ngting said, feeling a bit wronged.
Chen Feng chuckled and said, "Do I really need to report this to you in advance and get your permission?"

Wu ngting was suddenly speechless. Chen Feng and Sun Xiaorui being together indeed didn’t require informing her, and knowing in advance truly made her unhappy, as it did tonight.
"Alright, next ti I go to Little Rui, I’ll make sure to take my phone with . Also, I’ll try not to stay the night at her place, but co back to my own room once we’re done, just like tonight. This shows that we fully respect you."
Chen Feng spoke confidently, leaving Wu ngting, who was feeling trapped, unable to refute.
"Are you staying here to sleep with , or going back to your room to sleep? It’s late."
When Chen Feng asked this, Wu ngting simply pulled the blanket over herself in a slightly sulky manner and said, "I’m sleeping here tonight."
"Alright, then let’s sleep here. I feel comfortable holding you." Chen Feng said with a smile, got into bed, slipped under the blanket, and naturally reached out and wrapped his arm around her waist.
Wu ngting’s body went stiff suddenly, her heart racing.
But Chen Feng didn’t make any further moves, he just held her waist without doing anything else.
"Turn off the lights and let’s sleep." Chen Feng instructed.
Wu ngting, in an instinctive reaction, hurriedly reached out and turned off the bedside lamp, plunging the room into darkness, leaving only the sound of their breathing.
Chen Feng didn’t think too much, as it was nearly midnight; staying up any longer would be too late. Besides, he had just been active before, so he didn’t have much energy for anything else.
Holding a fragrant beauty in his arms was very comfortable, and helped him fall asleep.
And so, once the lights were out, Chen Feng quickly fell asleep.
Wu ngting, however, found it not so easy to sleep. Although they had experienced intimate skin contact before, they hadn’t truly gone the full distance, nor had they ever slept together so closely until now.
Her thoughts ran wild, unable to calm her mind for a long ti, let alone fall asleep.
Until quite a while later, when Chen Feng shifted his sleeping position and released his hold on her waist, thus breaking contact between their bodies, she finally drifted off into a sleepy haze.
