Now reading: Chapter 668 - 364: A New Look2 from After my divorce, I started to have good luck, a Drama novel by Anpingtai.

Chen Feng always holds his liquor well. Even when he’s drunk, he doesn’t act crazy or talk nonsense. That’s a good thing about him.

Chen Feng listened and said with a bit of schadenfreude, "They brought it on themselves. Three people tead up to get drunk, and ended up passing out before I did. It was you two who had to deal with the trouble in the end."

Yu Xiaohui laughed and said, "To be honest, Xiao Hui and I were also planning on getting you drunk last night."

Chen Feng asked, "Oh really. Why were you two trying so hard to get drunk last night?"

Yu Xiaohui was caught off guard. She couldn’t exactly say it was Lou Xiaojiao’s idea, trying to create an opportunity for her and Chen Feng to have a drunken fling.

"We were just there for the fun of it. Mostly it was Xiao Jiao; she thought you could hold your drink too well and wanted you to get drunk with them."

That wasn’t exactly a lie either. Lou Xiaojiao saw Chen Feng holding his ground against three, so she stepped in to help them.

Chen Feng nodded, "Just joining the fun is fine. I thought you two might have so ulterior motives against ."

Chen Feng couldn’t help but rember snippets of the conversation between the two won before he passed out last night, but now he couldn’t recall them clearly.

Yu Xiaohui glared at Chen Feng, "Seriously? If we really had ulterior motives, nothing would have happened now, right?"

"That’s true." Chen Feng nodded first, then with a teasing smile asked, "So why did you end up in the sa room as last night, even sleeping right next to ?"

Yu Xiaohui wasn’t embarrassed this ti; she calmly said, "We got to the hotel late last night, and with so many of us, all the rooms were full. There were only three rooms left. So, the class monitor and Xie Xiaohua took one room, Xiao Jiao had to look after Zhang Ming, so they took another. The last room had to be ours."

"Weren’t you afraid I might do sothing to you when all drunk?" Chen Feng asked with a smile.

Yu Xiaohui, looking unconcerned, said, "When I ca over, you were sleeping like a log. I pushed you several tis, but you didn’t wake up. What was there to be afraid of? Besides... if you really wanted to do sothing to , I wouldn’t mind. You can see, Xiao Jiao and Zhang Ming are a couple now, each still with their own families. As for , I’ve been separated from my husband for almost two years, and I’ll file for divorce once the ti’s up. And as for you, I’ve heard you’re divorced but not remarried, right? We’re all adults who have been through failed marriages. It wouldn’t an much if sothing really happened."

Yu Xiaohui’s tone appeared casual, yet her clear, bright eyes fixated directly on him, with an unfathomable aning.

Chen Feng felt sowhat uncomfortable under her gaze, so he slightly averted his eyes, saying, "I have a girlfriend now, and I can’t fool around. Besides, I’m not the kind of guy to play around randomly."

"Really? Since you’ve had a girlfriend, you haven’t been with another woman?" Yu Xiaohui looked at him with a half-smile, not surprised he had a girlfriend.

After all, with Chen Feng being tall, handso, and wealthy, it would be strange if he didn’t have a girlfriend after his divorce.

Under her gaze, Chen Feng felt a bit uneasy. He didn’t want to lie, so he changed the subject deliberately, "Stop looking at like that; it makes my thoughts stray. Maybe we should go outside? Or you go out first, and I’ll join a few minutes later."

Chen Feng, of course, knew about avoiding suspicion, as she still was technically married.

Yu Xiaohui naturally understood what he ant, sighed, and said, "We already slept in the sa room last night. Everyone knows now. Even if we leave separately, they’ll still assu sothing happened last night."

Chen Feng was startled and quickly asked, "They all know? Weren’t they drunk last night? Are they up now?"

Yu Xiaohui, with a serious expression, nodded, "I just contacted Xiao Jiao; they all woke up half an hour ago and are eating breakfast together, even asked if we wanted them to bring us breakfast."

Damn!

Since Lou Xiaojiao knows, Chen Feng could only hope she keeps it secret. But now Xie Xiaohua, Zhang Ming, and Zhong Mingjie know too, especially the indiscreet Xie Xiaohua, who’s sure not to keep it secret.

Chen Feng suddenly felt so wronged. He and Yu Xiaohui were as innocent as could be, hadn’t even hugged, yet they’re being labeled adulterers.

Seeing Chen Feng’s upset expression, Yu Xiaohui walked over and said with a smile, "Feeling a bit wronged, aren’t you?"

"Of course, don’t you think it’s unfair?" Chen Feng countered.

Yu Xiaohui nodded with a smile, "Of course."

Saying that, she stepped forward until there was just a palm-width distance between them, looking up at Chen Feng with enchanting eyes and softly said, "So being wrongfully accused like this feels a bit not worth it, doesn’t it?"

Chen Feng wanted to step back, but doing so would make him seem less manly, so he furrowed his brows slightly and said sternly, "I already said, I have a girlfriend, so don’t try to tempt ."

Yu Xiaohui giggled, "You look so serious; it’s funny, just like when we were in school. But after all these years, are you still that clueless teenager? The sa bookworm who only knew how to study?"

Saying this, Yu Xiaohui lifted her fair hand and lightly placed it on his shoulder, her lips curled up at the corners, eyes glistening with moisture, looking just slightly upwards at him.

At this mont, Chen Feng could only think "Holy crap" in his mind. He never expected the seemingly poised Yu Xiaohui could directly attempt to seduce him like this.

Then why didn’t she go all the way last night? Does she prefer cooperation?

Xiao Hui has indeed changed; she’s no longer that obedient and innocent girl from back in the day. And of course, he’d changed too.

What he couldn’t figure out was whether it’s just an old face with a new persona or a heart that had grown indifferent over ti.

Chen Feng’s thoughts were a ss, wanting to turn and leave at once. He was close enough to the door handle, it’d be easy to reach.

But his hand just wouldn’t lift, and his feet felt rooted, unable to move.

"Xiao Hui, you’ve changed." Chen Feng could only utter these words.

Yu Xiaohui smiled gently, shook her head slightly, and said, "It’s not who changed, but ti that changed. Ti changes everything, including anyone and anything."

"Why did you suddenly..."

"Yes, before going to the bathroom I hadn’t made up my mind, but after I did, I suddenly understood. Why should I restrain myself? Why should that man enjoy himself outside while I remain locked away in solitude? So, I want to change, to try sothing different."

Trying infidelity? Chen Feng felt speechless.

"Xiao Hui, maybe you’re just acting on impulse, and you might regret it later. So, I think..."

"I don’t care what you think, I care about how I feel. I know what I’m doing, and I do have a strong affection for you. Back in middle school, I had a crush on you. Today, I want to fulfill a girl’s dream unless you’re not a man."

Involving his manhood, Chen Feng had to take the matter seriously.
