Luo Xiaoqian smiled and held his finger, "Yes, when it reaches three months, you can hear the heartbeat, it’s usually twice as fast as an adult’s heartbeat..."
She quietly narrated the growth of the fetus, while Leng Zimo listened silently behind her. For him, these were incredibly novel experiences.
Imagining planting a seed in her body, and it growing into a tiny life, imagining the baby’s gender, imagining whether she or he would inherit more of Luo Jun’s genes or hers, a kind of indescribable emotion naturally arose in his heart.
The sound of knocking at the door.
"May I co in?"
From outside the door, Luo Jun’s voice ca.
"Daddy will get the door!" Leng Zimo imdiately stood up, walked to the door, and opened it. The little guy was still in his SpongeBob pajamas, hair slightly ssy, eyes drowsy. Bending down, Leng Zimo picked him up, turned around, and placed him on the bed, between the two of them.
"What are you doing?" Luo Jun asked curiously.
"Discussing the little baby." Luo Xiaoqian answered with a smile.
"Does he or she have a na?" Luo Jun asked.
"Of course," Leng Zimo chid in, "Daddy decided to call her (him) Xiao Xiao!"
"Because she’s small?"
Leng Zimo smiled, "Yes, because she’s small. And another reason is that your mom’s na has the word ’Xiao’ in it, so daddy wants to call her Xiao Xiao."
Back then, missing Leng Zimo, Luo Xiaoqian gave Luo Jun the nickna Mo Mo. Today, Leng Zimo nad their second child Xiao Xiao, taking a word from her na.

"Is she a girl?" Luo Jun asked softly.
"Daddy doesn’t know." Leng Zimo shook his head gently, "But daddy hopes she’s a girl, that way she can be as beautiful as your mom."
Luo Jun nodded, and imdiately brought his face close to Luo Xiaoqian’s belly, "Xiao Xiao, work hard to grow into a girl, don’t let and daddy down, okay!"

Luo Xiaoqian and Leng Zimo exchanged a glance, then burst into gentle laughter.
The family of three chatted a bit more, then Leng Zimo stood up and picked up the little guy, "Alright, ti to get dressed and ready for school. Co on, daddy will take you back to your room!"
While the father and son went to change clothes, Luo Xiaoqian also changed into casual clothes and went downstairs with them. The nutritionist had already prepared a nutritious breakfast for them. After the al, Luo Xiaoqian personally saw the father and son off to the car.
Leng Zimo personally took Luo Jun to kindergarten. After finishing the morning eting at the company, he left with Ah Jiu, heading to the hospital where Shen Yizhou worked.
Initially, he didn’t take the headaches too seriously, but recently, every morning the pain had beco severe, and this morning there was a mont of blindness, making him inevitably start worrying about his health.
Now, he’s no longer alone. As a man, he naturally wants to take good care of his health for his family, so even though he hates hospitals, he braced himself to see Shen Yizhou for a check-up.
On the way, he had already called Shen Yizhou. It happened to be Shen Yizhou’s clinic day today, so when he arrived at the hospital, Shen Yizhou had already registered him and was waiting in the consultation room.
